Federal agents swarmed into Arlington yesterday and shut down a massive immigration fraud scheme that allowed thousands of illegal immigrants to obtain permission to work in the United States -- and made millions of dollars for an Arlington lawyer and his colleague -- prosecutors said.

I believe this area is infested with terrorist cells. Way too many Arab types to be here legally, or maybe James Ziglar just hasn't sent their letters out telling them they need to apply for amnesty if they want to remain legally.

Gee, that's a lot more than the paltry $1,000 "fine" (fee) the US Government charged Illegals for a Section 245(i) Amnesty.

Cool, you found that info. really fast. Yeah, the names don't look Arabic, but Arlington and Alexandria are infested with lots of Arabs. I know because I live here. I wonder if this lawyer was helping any of them out. I would like to see the names of some his clients.

I have a guy down the hall from Pakistan and from gossip throughout the building, he came in on a student visa and never went to school. He is working somewhere. He was working at a Pizza shop in Arlington, but is now working somewhere else. I would pick up the phone and call INS, but I understand they are not interesting in pursuing violators. James Ziglar has got more important things to do. Like try to figure out if he has a brain.

In addition to the Silver Diner's petitions, 173 requests came from a Shoney's in Manassas; 184 from an Applebee's in the Alexandria area; 108 from an Outback Steakhouse in Arlington; and 230 from two Chili's restaurants, one in Springfield and another in the Alexandria area.

In each instance, the application said the potential cook would be paid $12.05 an hour, according to the affidavit written by Andrew H. Shea, a Labor Department special agent. When Shea visited the restaurants, managers at each said they had not filed for labor certifications and that they don't pay starting cooks that much.||||||||

I'm beginning to think that the immigration lawyer industry is one big criminal syndicate. James Ziglar might need a calculator to figure out how much dough he got screwed out of.

This is what bugs me. They don't have the willingness. Well. that is their job. Just do it. Yesterday I read in The Dallas Morning News that the Marshalls office is coming after thousands of people with outstanding warrants for traffic violations because the city needs money. How many times have I said on this forum that they will arrest you or me for a traffic violation while they let illegals run wild? I'll post a link to the story if it is still up.

The judge also ordered the assets of both men frozen.

Now we're getting somewhere. This should happen in every case. Guys like Kooritzky are the sugar that is drawing these people here. Take away the sugar and the ants will leave.

A whole lotta officials can be bribed to look the other way with $21 million dollars, but it looks like you can't bribe everyone.

Never fear. Ziglar just announced that he's launching an investigation and that, when he's done, we'll never see a recurrence of an embarrassing prosecution like this, again.

He's going to find out who's responsible for hiring these honest, non-Libertarians at the INS. They're all out of there ASAP.

The Dallas City Marshal's office hit the streets Tuesday, rounding up dozens of suspects on outstanding warrants.

With Dallas facing an $81 million budget shortfall, the city wants millions of dollars in overdue fines and penalties paid.

By early afternoon, the holding cells at the jail were already filling up - a good indication that the marshals will call their latest warrant roundup a success.

To coin an old Rush Limbaugh saying - I told you so!! Chances are these Marshals will drive past parking lots full of illegals that are drinking beer and throwing sandwich wrappers all over the parking lot just to arrest a person for a $50.00 traffic warrant.

One set of rules for them and an entirely different set for us. 'Nuff said.

I don't want to see this happen but I'm afraid it is only a matter of time. Five will get you ten that the incompetent INS and Mexico will be involved.

If terrorist or any of their devices are smuggled in from Mexico that will be the end of the Bush administration. I would say that the "I" word will become front page headlines.
