I could be mistaken, I thought that Neal had said he didn't access the PC on the 4th, but was "called to the carpet" on that due to some sort of records that stated otherwise?

See...this is what I get for getting all my daily trial information 2nd and 3rd hand. *grumbles* Usually I back up every day's testimony by reading the transcripts, but haven't had a chance to read yesterday's yet.

You can eliminate "fibers" and "wild ride" from your list.

It is not about 'my list.' It is about the evidence, as the jury will evaluate it. Call it "the list."

And there has been evidence, that doesn't remove those two items, from "the list."

There was testimony that the kids were outside UNSUPERVISED.

Please post that testimony. I don't believe there was any.

(The story about the son being in front of his house a couple weeks ago doesn't count. First, you said "Kids" and the boy did not cross the street by himself. In particular the concern is Danielle)

Fairly large dog to walk for a young child. My 7 year old son would not be able to walk our little apso lapso very far before getting frustrated and I certainly wouldn't let him walk him alone. I can't imagine him walking a dog the size of Van Dam's alone

You are probably imagining a 7 year old with a collar on the dog holding onto the leash and this great big dog dragging her/him.

Now imagine a dog walking freely with a child following it. ;-)

A Weimerimer isn't really that big of a dog. Maybe tall, but thin and lanky and I understand theirs was still young.

and what would that evidence be? Am I missing something, or did the Prosecution actually make a concrete connection and source the fibers?

I can assure you, Neal was not cross examined by anyone.

I doubt the transcripts from yesterday are on online. Last time I checked, July 12 was the last transcripts on online.

I'm thinking of the orifices closer to where they found a "maggott mass". Sorry, gross, but true

Not our dog, especially when it was a pup.

This week my wife was met in the driveway by two dogs that were obviously siblings and they followed her right into the house. We called the pound who called the owners. The owners turned out to be someone we knew who lived about 1/2 mile away. He said he turned his back onthe dogs for a second or two and they were gone.

If this were a pup I especially doubt it would follow very close.

Are they done for today? I would think that this so far, would sway any truly waffling jurors into voting not guilty, but would not change the minds of those already made up.

That is actually evidence she might have been assaulted there. They tend to go where wounds are.

The two bug guys were surprised that there were no maggots found in the brain and is part of the reason they established the middle of February as the date the body was deposited.

You guys really aren't putting any stock in this witness' testimony are you?

Why shouldn't he be considered credible?

Can you cite for me why one type of science, concerning criminal evidence, is more "credible" than another?

For example, is blood evidence more "scientifically" sound, than, say bug time of death evidence?

What is (only) important, is the credibility and weight determined, by the JURY.

"We are looking at around 50% chance of a stranger perp grabbing Danielle as she played locally; around 40% chance that Daddy was molesting Danielle and the crime is related to that; around 20% chance that DW did commit a crime. "

So there's a 110% chance that someone did it?

Ants are scavengers and as such clean up the environment. In their search for food they will kill and collect other insects, such as earwigs, flea and fly larvae etc. Ants normally vary in size from 2 to 7 mm long, although Carpenter Ants could stretch to 2 cm. Ants can be brown, black or red, winged or wingless, have narrow waists and elbowed antennae. There are probably more than 10,000 species of ants and they represent about 0.1% of the entire insect population. Ants are sociable insects that care for their young. When too crowded some ants carry larvae and pupae to new locations (budding) while others take flight to mate and find new places to nest (swarming).

Exactly, that tends to support the "real" bug guy's (plural) contention that bugs got to the body right away.

This last guy just took the two reports favorable to the prosecution and gave his range as the two longer dates cited by by the other "experts". When was he hired, a week or so ago.

No; remember that it is possible that MORE THAN ONE person committed a crime in this matter.

A spur of the moment trip could simply mean that he did not take time to plan where he was going, just knew that he wanted to get away by himself. Remember he had just split with his live-in girlfriend.
