You can eliminate "fibers" and "wild ride" from your list. It is not about 'my list.' It is about the evidence, as the jury will evaluate it. Call it "the list."
And there has been evidence, that doesn't remove those two items, from "the list."
and what would that evidence be? Am I missing something, or did the Prosecution actually make a concrete connection and source the fibers?
