Serious Question. Is this a hacker?
I wish nothing more than a secure FReep.

Real doubtful. Something is trying to launch in the background, though, meaning you may have installed some adware or spyware without knowing it.
Definitely go to www.lavasoftUSA.com, and download their free utility which gets rid of those programs.
Serious answer.

Have you ever visted their site? If so, download
Ad-Aware, and run it. You'll probably find what's causing the prob.

Above and beyond adware try this
software.xfx.net/utilities/popupkiller
Pop up Killer works really weel in association with adware running at startup. I use Zonealarm, Adware, AVG from Grisoft.com (free awesome anti-virus with free updates....did I say FREE ?:o) and the pop up killer.
Best for my needs.....Stay Safe !~
