Seriously, from a perspective of having worked with pert near every group in the government and the military that uses weapons, the Marines were always a pleasure to deal with. They always had OUTSTANDING attitudes and were very quick to pick up on the training, and they were by far the politest folks I ever saw (Senior NCO's, including even our AF ones, were actually treated with respect, even by their officers).

And now I'll go and hide, especially from LadyX...

"And now I'll go and hide, especially from LadyX..."

Duly noted, Ret..:)))

I do take exception to this, though, because of one thing.
When I was a classroom subjects instructor at Parris Island, I DID bring the levels for time for the test down from three weeks to two... LOLOL

omg, that is incredibly hilarious! Must admit, though, I never would've figured it as the entrance exam for the Marines (to be promoted from 11th to 12th grade in our public schools, yes, of course; but n-e-v-u-h to qualify for any of our military branches ;-)
