Warren Christopher said Posse Comitatus was an "obsolete" law. I guess that's why it was ignored at Mount Carmel. Hell, Dubya wants to ignore the entire US Constituion for his little Heimlandt Zecuritie operation. I'm surprised he's even bothering to make a pretense at concern over Posse Comitatus.

Im truely less worried about the military being used as law enforcement types as your average soldier is probably superior in every way to your average policeman. Im more worried about this TIPs gestapo crap.
