Saudi Defense Big Slams 'Yarmulke-Wearing Congressmen'

During a recent ceremony at Saudi Arabia's Public Institution For Military Industries, Saudi Defense and Aviation Minister Prince Sultan bin Abd Al-Aziz reportedly blamed his country's growing unpopularity on Capitol Hill on "a number of congressmen wearing Jewish yarmulkes."

Prince Sultan bin Abd Al-Aziz is the father of Prince Bandar bin Sultan, Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the U.S., according to the Middle Eastern Media Research Institute, which reported the outburst on Tuesday.

When asked about U.S. criticism of Saudi Arabia, bin Abd Al-Aziz told the the London-based Saudi daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, "It is enough to see a number of congressmen wearing Jewish yarmulkes to explain the allegations against us."

The Saudi daily Al-Hayat, also based in London, said bin Abd Al-Aziz "cut off" a journalist who asked him about the congressmen who had criticized Saudi Arabia, remonstrating, "Say 'Jewish congressmen.'

"It is enough that in the pictures you see some congressmen wearing Jewish yarmulkes. That is sufficient," he complained.

The Saudi daily Al-Jazirah carried similar quotes from the Saudi defense chief, MEMRI said.

The problems with Arabs can be defined as follows:

• If their car doesn't start in the morning, it's the Jews fault. After all, a Jew probably owns the battery factory, and purposefully ships defective batteries to Arabs.

• If the sun doesn't shine in the morning, it's the Jews fault. Mother Nature must be Jewish.

• If a media conglomerate says something bad about them, it's the Jews fault. After all, the Jews own ALL the media around the world, save for Al Jazeera which is the sole source of the truth.

• If a murder-bomber blows themselves up on a crowded city bus, it's the Jews fault. After all, the Jews are "occupying" land that isn't theirs and the Pali's were "forced" to lash back.

• And that thing on Sept. 11th 2001 either didn't happen, or it was a Jewish conspiracy to blame it on the Arabs.

  See a pattern here? Every time the Arab's don't get their way or they run into a problem, they find a way to blame the Jews.

  I for one am sick of it. Either these stupid Arabs take responsibility for their actions, own shortcomings and position in life, or they can expect to be treated the way they are by the U.S. period.

  And last, if they're so stupid as to try anything like Sept. 11th again, I say we invoke the "Kick their ass and take their gas" policy and occupy their lands for centuries to come. Then we'll show them what real oppression is. It's obvious these "people" can't self govern.
