Man Pleads No Contest To Impregnating Daughter Cerros Fathered Two Children With 15-Year-Old Daughter

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- A Bakersfield man has pleaded no contest in Kern County Superior Court to one count of continuous sexual abuse for twice getting his daughter pregnant.
Jose Roberto Cerros, 55, faces 16 years in prison for sexually abusing his 15-year-old daughter.
Two other molestation charges and a rape charge against Cerros were dismissed Wednesday in the deal between prosecutors and the public defender.
Authorities said Cerros was suspected of impregnating his daughter a year ago, but the girl denied that he was the father of her 5-month-old daughter at the time.
After her second child was born in March, the girl fled the home and reported that her father forced her to have sex with him for the past four years.
The girl and her 10 siblings were removed from their home as a result of a child neglect investigation, but returned to the home before investigators had a chance to interview the girl a second time.
Cerros, who was arrested May 24, also will have to register as a sex offender.
10 othger siblings!!!!! Here, if there ever was one, is a case for state mandated castration. Nip this guys bud off, send him up river for the rest of his life (or kill him outright) and call it a day. Also make sure that he gets the bennifit of bubba's repeated (hard and often) attempts to impregnate him.
