Maybe the reason so many schools that are failing are found in the big cities is because liberals WANT those folks to remain stupid and undereducated.

I mean-al gore got all of his votes from big city populations-just check out the election maps where President Bush received 6000 PLUS counties across our nation and al bore received 600 some counties-all located in large metropolitan areas.

This tells us democraps DEPEND on stupidity on the part of their voters in order to win. Who else would believe their lies but genuinely dumbed down people like the idiot Rep mentioned above.

No wonder creepy libuuuuuuuuuuurals HATE the voucher idea.
