"Slander" by Ann Coulter #1 at Amazon, but REVIEWS NEED FREEPED!!!
Posted on 06/28/2002 8:47:14 AM PDT by bigjoesaddle
High ranking, but only Liberal idiots have revewed it, (If they read it at all). If you have read it, get there and give a review. But all FReepers should check out the stupid reviews for a morning/afternoon chuckle.

Link to reviews Liberals never seem to have any reservations about putting their idiocy on display, do they?
I suppose seeing Ann on T.V. is close enough to reading the book when the last one took months to slog through. Those pictures of Curious George can be so distracting from the text...

yesterday. (A search for "coulter" misses it; "slander" finds it. Wonderful search engine we have at our disposal, no?)
At any rate, its #1 ranking is enough for me. Who gives a rat's derriere about goofy reviews written by clymers? Let 'em be. Compared to the #1 ranking, they're total losers.

Why are there only 6 reader reviews for this highly publicized book?

Liberals do this all the time. David Horowitz even wrote a column about how every book he writes gets the same treatment at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com, etc. The libbies (who have never read the book) bombard the review boards with their ignorance, condemning the author with all the usual libbie cuss words: bigot, homophobe, racist, etc. They say how poorly written and badly researched it is--anything to try to discredit the work. Again, I have to say
they have never read it..
It's an old game they have been playing for years.

I'm not in a position to review this book, since I haven't read it, but any Freeper who's read it and is posting a review might want to add the additional thought that the book comes highly recommended by the obvious fools and knaves that it offends.

I have a couple of reviews on Amazon. When you submit a review, you will have to wait several days before it is published.

I like Ann a lot, but she has been doing a poor job on her TV appearanced promoting her book. Constantly bitching about being asked questions not directly related to her book and complaining about being interrupted. She needs to get more sleep before heading to the TV studio...JMHO.

Funny that its the #1 best seller, but the "reader" reviews only give it 1 star.

Forget the reviews. Just buy the book. I did. Coulter can laugh at her bad reviews all the way to the bank.

I certainly doubt they had time to read it by now to be posting reviews.
"Was this review helpful to you?" NO.

I reviewed the book and rated the comments. So far none of my input has registered. Haven't had this problem before.

I submitted my review. We'll see if Amazon has the stones to post it. Those one star reviews are hilarious- they prove her case exactly.

Even though I thought I knew some of the arguments in this book, Coulter casts a brilliant light on matters and makes you even madder. She has a punch-punch-punch style that shows voluminous research and note-taking, and all of it to the point in a barrage of ammunition.
Plus, there's a footnote reference after every fact, sometimes several to a sentence, so I don't know what those idiot libs are talking about on Amazon when they say "without evidence." Maybe they can't count as high as the number of references in this book.

I like Ann very much. To her credit she is able probably because a being female, to get on these shows & is a crusader doing it. The facts of her book are, to me, so educationally old & boring. But if it excites the sheeple all the more. (the women seemed to be the conservatives in this country & demonstrating it effectively).

I have read Ann Coulter's book. I think it is excellent. I have written a review at Amazon. It can take up to five days to have this review posted. How did liberals manage to get their's posted so quickly? I saw five reviews: all trashing this book. It was pretty clear after I read the reviews that some of these people had not read the book. I purchased the book at a Barnes&Noble in Georgia. The book was not displayed; I had to ask an employee where it was. He went into a back room and brought me the book. Why is this book not displayed with the other best sellers? Freepers need to contact Barnes&Noble. This is an insidious form of censorship.

They did the same thing with Slick Willie back in 1992.

Funny that its the #1 best seller, but the "reader" reviews only give it 1 star. The funny thing is that these liberal reviewers are only encouraging conservatives to buy this book even more. No wonder it's the #1 best seller at amazon!
