Rev. Peterson Says: Court Decision Is Anti-God, Anti-American!
Los Angeles Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, Founder and President of BOND, the Brotherhood Organization of A New Destiny, today commented on the ruling Wednesday by the 9th U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, CA, which overturned a 1954 act of Congress that inserted the phrase under God after the phrase one Nation. Judge Alfred T. Goodwin wrote for the three-judge panel which ruled in this case.
The case was brought by Michael A. Newdow, a Sacramento atheist who objected because his second-grade daughter was required to recite the pledge at the Elk Grove Unified School District. In an interview yesterday Newdow said, My goal is to strengthen the Constitution. He also said that he believes the Founding Fathers would agree with the ruling.
Rev. Peterson said, America has foreign and domestic enemies. We are at war both physically and spiritually with people who hate America and God. The last thing we need to do is to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance. This ruling is a frontal assault by a radical minority on the Judeo-Christian values upon which this nation was built. The Founding Fathers must be turning over in their graves over this decision. This decision must be overturned! concluded Rev. Peterson.

...I called my Congressman today to ask him to finish the job Congress started a couple of years ago to...
...DISBAND the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, fire these Enemy Within Liberal CLINTON/CARTER Judges and let other Circuit Courts take over the 9th's Caseload for us.
...No 9th = No messin' with GOD
NEVER FORGET
Whos your favorite black conservative? Its a toss up for me between Shelby Steele and Walter E. Put me on your list please.
Unfair question - I'm married to mine... ;)
Good to see you my dear friend.
Great, you can be my hero too. I read some of your articles and liked the exposé on Mary Frances Berry. She was the one in charge of the supposed civil rights violations in the Florida recount if I remember correctly. I watched it on c-span; it was a Kangaroo court to say the least.
Yes, if you as a parent decide that they need it. At home, in private schools. But not in public schools (which are unconstitutional IMO).
Regards.
