Just wanted to say a quick hi!

My first tour was at Minot AFB ND and my best bud was from Calgary (dual citizenship). We spent several wild weekends in Calgary (his brother was in the reserve Commando unit there. Everyone we met were wonderful and I don't think we ever had to pay for a beer (after it was explained that, yes, we were yanks but in the service...they had little use for the draft-dodgers).

Banff (sp?) National Park was absolutely beautiful. I have a definite soft spot for your great country (and not just because of the free beers...)

Oh, Snow Bunny, I LOVE those pictures of our troops in combat gear. It's such a true illustration of what they are ready and willing to sacrifice for the rest of us. God bless them and give them the VICTORY, and God bless YOU, dear Bunny, for giving us a chance to honor them every day. You (and THEY) are the very greatest!
