Democrats fail and Republicans make the honor roll when it comes to reducing illegal immigration.

The end of the school year is a great time to look at congressional members' grades on an important issue heading into the first post-September 11 election year.

When it comes to upholding the rule of law regarding immigration, the Democrats clearly are the "soft on crime" crowd. Most Republicans in Congress could tout their ABI grade for fighting illegal immigration.

Oh yeah. They get an A+ for having done a great job. And this is reflected in many of our major cities all across this country.

Do they use public school grading standards?

8 Million Illegal Aliens Swarm U.S.

On Oct 29 2001 2:46 AM

NewsMax.com ^ | Friday, October 26, 2001 | Phil Brennan Reprinted from NewsMax.com 8 Million Illegal Aliens Swarm U.S. Phil Brennan, NewsMax.com Friday, Oct. 26, 2001 At a time when the U.S. faces an internal terrorist threat posed partly by illegal aliens, a shocking new report from the U.S. Census Bureau reveals that there are as many as 8 million illegal aliens - or more - in the U.S. Incredibly, the number of illegal aliens living in the U.S skyrocketed by about 400,000 to 500,000 a year in 10 years, jumping from the 3.5 million estimated to have been here in 1990 to 8 million last year.

Actually this figure has been updated to as many as 15 million now in the United States.

Yes our leaders and elected official have done a fantastic job.

Take heart. At least with more Democrats that get elected it'll give Joe Hadenuf an excuse to be so unhappy and to gripe about something.

Yeah, your right. And such a trivial issue too.

Since it's so untrivial to you, then I am glad to hear you will join in the efforts to unseat Democrats, who overwhelmingly endorse and encourage illegal immigration, according to this non-partisan survey.

So, what's your excuse? What is it that makes you so miserable that you constantly complain over Joe's immigration stance? Hypocrite.

Take a look around the SW and give these people a big fat F. The only one that truly deserves an A is Tancredo, and perhaps two or three others.

LOL! I don't remember ever addressing a post to Joe before now, but according to you I am "constantly complaining" about him. Perhaps you can point to even one single other post where I even so much as mentioned him, much less complained about his Johnny-One-Note mindset.

If Republicans wanted an issue on which the Democrats were vulnerable and that speaks to the concerns of most Americans — native-born and immigrant — illegal immigration would be an easy pick.

I've said it before in two words - Pim Fortuyn. Two month old party got almost 20 % of the vote.

Just ping me when you're ready with either an example of this alleged "constant complaining" or else your apology for shooting off your mouth and sticking your foot in it.

Lets go down memory lane a couple of days. Heres one.

My post: "Oh, so none of the 9/11 terrorist were in this country illegally? I could have sworn several were here on expired visas."

You responded:"Do you seriously believe that 16 of 18 hijackers would have been thwarted without the two who might have been stopped by a Vice President Lenora Fulani? Would you like to buy a bridge in Brooklyn, too?"

You obviously don't realize that if two the the terrorist that were in this country illegally, had been caught, through evidence, apartment searches, making them turn, or other investigative techniques, yes this historical terrorist attack could have possibly been thwarted if authorities had taken previous threats seriously.

Thanks for reminding me that I had addressed a post to you once. One post is a "constant complain" to someone else, apparently. I will start to complain constantly about you if all you want to do is to whine about immigration and to whine about our leadership without doing anything to vote in Republicans who can set the agenda to restore sovereignty and respect for the rule of law.

Ah, yes. Everyone's pet cause becomes the lightning rod since 9/11. The Libertarians claim that if recreational poisons were legalized then the attacks would never have happened. The Buchanaites claim that illegal immigration was the cause of the attacks. Maybe they need to get together and kick out only those illegal immigrants who do not stick needles in their arms or inhale powders.

Myself, I am convinced that if the police were not so busy handing out speeding tickets and the street sweepers were not out there sweeping streets then the attacks would never have happened.

Living here in California I can tell you that all they do is freely give the treasury away to illegals. The average cost of educating kids in school here publically is about $10,000 for a terrible education.
So immagine the millions of illegal children in public schools at a cost of about $10,000 each for a START!
Then they close down hospital with their Emergecy Room costs. They increase the heck out of crime and have no allegance to this country.

The land is a blessing for whoever will honor the Laws of God. Our people are turning their backs to Him with abortion and hedonism and perversion and licentiousness and laziness. God will vomit out an unrighteous, rebellious, and ingrateful people and replenish the land with a people who will honor Him and his Laws. < /detached view >

Ah, just curious, but what are all these pet causes? And how do they relate to 9/11. I haven't heard of any? And I was very serious about your post:

You responded: "Do you seriously believe that 16 of 18 hijackers would have been thwarted without the two who might have been stopped by a Vice President Lenora Fulani? Would you like to buy a bridge in Brooklyn, too?"

Don't you realize a good investigator uses every scrap of information? History could have been changed if the two terrorist from 9/11 that were in this country illegally, had been caught. Through evidence, apartment searches, making them turn, or other investigative techniques, yes this historical terrorist attack could have possibly been thwarted if authorities had taken previous threats seriously.
