For all of us who believe activism is sitting in a chat room or posting to Free Republic, Atheist Newdow should serve as a clear lesson and shot accross our collective bows.. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS! This Sacramento health care worker has lost many battles in court where he represents himself. This time he hit pay dirt. While some of us battle over our own turf, the determined (like Newdow) move stealthily through our courts and legislatures, undermining the very freedoms we've seen our ancestors die for, thanks to socialist liberals who conspire to overthrow us. By God, the majority will succumb to the dictates of the minority! The ungodly will have their way with us and our constitution will become moot!

I'll catch the later show of Hannity and Snake to see this guy. His daughter attends an elementary school in Elk Grove..which is where I live. Not familiar with this particular Doc but I wonder if he screams, writhes, and hisses when a patient in the ER prays while being treated by him.

The following is part of the text in the ruling. Note the 2nd paragrah in which he claim his daughter was injured. He's supposedly a Physician, but he sure doesn't seem to know the meaning of injury

Newdow does not allege that his daughter’s teacher or school district requires his daughter to participate in reciting the Pledge.-3

Rather, he claims that his daughter is injured when she is compelled to “watch and listen as her stateemployed teacher in her state-run school leads her classmates in a ritual proclaiming that there is a God, and that our’s [sic] is ‘one nation under God.’ ”

His daughter is being injured by his raising her. BTW, anyone know where the mother is in this picture? Or is the poor child being raised by "two daddies"??
