Supreme Court Bars F. Lee Bailey From Arguing Before High Court

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court on Monday banned F. Lee Bailey from practicing law before the justices, a formality for the attorney who has already been disbarred in two states.

Bailey, who defended O.J. Simpson and other high-profile clients, was accused of mishandling stock owned by a drug defendant.

The Supreme Court refused in May to review a Florida Supreme Court decision that barred Bailey from practicing law in that state. Bailey also lost his law license in Massachusetts after a review of the Florida decision.

He can have the G&T with Clinton, and they can complain how they've been "Unjustly singled out" by SCOTUS.

I, in the meantime, will be having a beer celebrating this tiny bit of justice being served on these two scumbuckets.

Hmmm, granted this guy may be scum and probrably shouldn't be hired based on his reputation.

However, is it really freedom when the court determines who is and isn't allowed to represent us..
