NOT ENTIRELY COMPOSED WHEN DEPOSED. That would be Democratic gubernatorial nominee Ed Rendell, who was recently deposed in a federal lawsuit in which he is a defendant.

Rendell appeared at times angry, frustrated and incredulous over some of the questions asked during the June 14 deposition in Philadelphia. More than once, he threatened to walk out of the proceedings.

I don't, but if he's a friend of yours, that's all I need to know.

Actually, we've disagreed on a number of issues on this forum.
I don't actually keep a tally on each and every issue...
but the one that I'm absolutely certain that we agree on is our absolute disdain for the corruption of the Klintoon Administration.
Since it's my impression that you would not share this perspective, it is understandable that your posts would attempt to minimize Mr. Adams reputation on this forum.
That is an excercise in futility. You might as well crawl back under your rock and dream up a different way of making a nuisance of yourself.

Just why Rendell choose to make this a circus is a mystery. Maybe the guy has a hot temper. Maybe he lacks the temperment to be governor.

And maybe is just playing to his liberal base for votes and contributions. He is running for statewide office right now and for those who know Klayman, Im sure that would start the cash register bells ringing for Rendell.

When was the last time you saw somebody in a court room refuse a judges order to sit and stay, and then get away with walking out?

Who said there was a judge present? Most depositions have the two parties to a suit, their lawyers, and a stenographer to record the session. It's not often that a judge sits in unless Federal depositions are different.

Makes me wonder if Larry ingested too much lead in his youth....

Or maybe too much LSD back in the sixties. Either way a few more years and Ozzy Osbourne might start to make more sense.

doesn't amti-Klayman/JW translate pro clinton/reno---on the FR???

No Klayman and Judicial Watch are equal opportunity publicity hounds. He will go after anyone if means they can generate publicity and soak additional contributions out of some more poor suckers. He sued Bush and Cheeney a few months ago for not releasing information on who attended energy policy meetings.

Larry Klayman has always given me the impression through interviews, etc., that he has always been a good student and well-behaved.

This seems a bit strange, since Rendell wanted to sue gun makers.

Many things done under LaPierre and Heston seem strange to anybody who thinks the NRA should be a gun rights organization.

Can you post any more info on this?

Direct links? No. They should be fairly easy for you to find yourself, though. This happened during the NRA annual convention in Philly, and Rendell and the NRA were in bed together on the original "Project Exile". Philly was one (or THE) test cities for this gun control program that encourages/requires ever firearms violation to be treated as a federal felony.

If worse comes to worse, you can probably go to a web site like the SAS web site and look for links. It was surely no secret,as the info on concealed guns being forbidden by convention attendees was even written about in the "American Rifleman".

Kristinn, thanks for the ping.

"Responding to a Klayman inquiry as to whether the Teamsters have a significant history with organized crime..."

Torie, I find that to be a very relevant question, why don't you?

The "scum Rendell" just won the demo(n)crat primary and is the demo(n)crat candidate for governor of PA in November. Scum never dies or fades away... they just keep seeking public office.

Maybe Klayman should have asked Rendell where Jimmy Hoffa is buried.

"He sued Bush and Cheeney a few months ago for not releasing information on who attended energy policy meetings."

And what law or Constitutional right does the Bush Administration have that would enable them to keep these energy meetings closed to public scrutiny? Executive privilege does not include a Vice-President's secret meetings with industry lobbyists.

Makes no difference to me, it is off-topic for this thread, afterall.
But go ahead, have a good time.
It doesn't bother me the least to watch you venture out onto thin-ice
risking the frigid waters of "No current Freeper by that name" status.
In a way, I'd actually find that quite humorous!

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters have been known for many years by law enforcement to have connections with organized crime with their labor racketeering activities, among other crimes of vice. In order for any type of organized crime to flourish and continually perpetuate itself, there must also be a corrupt local government.

This question was important. If these people are found to be actively participating in any type of organized crime, they could all be hit as defendents in a RICO lawsuit.

The best investigators and lawyers are those who are able to think outside the box. This is cliche' of course, but true.

My post wasnt even to you, nor was it off topic. It was about Adams hiring Klayman as his lawyer. Some how my comment was hijacked by a free trade neanderthal who is now threatening me?

Hijacked?

You're the one who commented without knowing who "this guy Adams" was.

All I did was try to be helpful in pointing you to the FR archives where this travesty of justice is thoroughly documented.

Anything that happens to you beyond that is of your own making.
There's nothing I can do to threaten you - I do not have the power of the Almighty Zap.
If I did, you'd have been gone long ago.
To their great credit, the Powers that Be are much more patient and tolerant than I.
I was merely giving you a warning where you may be treading on thin ice.
If you want to ignore that friendly advice, that's fine with me, too.
I trust the judgement of others in these matters.

You would be wise to incorporate that philosophy in many other areas of your life.

You would be wise to incorporate that philosophy in many other areas of your life.

As I explained as politely as I'm capable of back in reply #93, that is irrelevant to the topic of discussion.

Are you on this thread to discuss Ed Rendell, Don & Teri Adams and Judicial Watch? or merely to engage in your typically cloaked personal harassment?
