"Today, under the current leadership of the Senate and under the leadership of the senate judiciary committee, the conduct would be more appropriate to some banana republic, where individual fiat determines who is to judge or who is receiving an appointment rather than the constitutional method which has been prescribed and which has been followed now for over 200 years.”

BANANA REPUBLIC BUMP!

Thankyou good and faithful FREEPERS for standing in for all of us! Our deepest thanks. God bless you!

Thanks for all the great pictures, Skeet, and "Hats off to you and the crew!"

Here is a copy of an email I got recently about the 50 bills that are stalled with Daschle.

Right now there are 50 important bills that have already passed the House of Representatives, but are slowly dying on Senator Tom Daschle's desk -- including:

--Faith-based solutions to welfare (10 months)
--Ban all human cloning (9 months)
--Oil embargo protection bill (14 months)
--Make our tax cuts permanent (2 months)

You took a stand with me to Keep The Tax Cuts. Now, I need your help to send Tom Daschle a message that it's time to take action on these bills.

Click below to sign a DEMAND LETTER that will be delivered to the Majority Leader's office:

The fact is, Sen. Daschle is doing everything in his power to block critical legislation that most certainly would benefit the American people!

Click below for a complete list of the "Daschle 50": Click here

To make matters worse, these bills will die on Sen. Daschle's desk if they do not come up for a vote in this session of Congress!

This is political posturing at its worst. That's why I have joined together with other members of Congress to launch a nationwide petition demanding that the liberal Senate leadership free the dozens of bills that are being held up for vote.

Click below to join the thousands of Americans who are telling the Senate leader to "FREE THE DASCHLE FIFTY"

My plan is to rally 100,000 signed Demand Letters in the next 45 days and to personally put them on the desk of Sen. Daschle!

But we must hurry. Without your support, these bills will perish, and all the work that we have done to strengthen our families and protect our nation will be wasted.

That's why I'm counting on the overwhelming support of the American people to lead the way to victory!

Thank you for your help!

Republican SENATORS
NO WAY should you make a 'deal' with Dashole, and let his
creepy friend get a lucrative FCC job in return for a floor vote on judges
that ALREADY made it PAST LEAHY!!!

Remember Terry McAullife made $18 MILLION just from one sweetheart
insider deal based on FCC info!
Slimy democrats know exactly WHERE to go
to line their pockets!

Dashole just wants to line his friends pockets.
And just like the Clinton/McAullife deal, there is probably some way to
funnel some of those millions back to the Dashole family budget.

For example, what if the former Miss Kansas (now Washington Lobbyist Linda
Dashle) chose to change her lobbying from the FAA to FCC.
She would be guaranteed millions per year and Dashole's friend would be her ticket to riches!!!

What about all the corrupt FCC lobbyists in the past that got rich under Clinton?
They will ALL keep getting rich under Dashole's friend!

Republicans, please find some guts, and PLEASE PERMANENTLY KILL THAT DASHOLE NOMINEE'S CONSIDERATION!

If only we had the money I agree with your suggestion. In Dallas there are 2 billboards with Hillary and the selling to China technology. I am unsure who is paying for it but negative ads like that do remind people of what actually happened. Same would be nice if we had enough money to have billboards with info regarding the facts--

Great work exposing the hypocrisy of the Daschle Democrats! Thanks to all of you from all of us out here in fly-over country!!

Ditto!!

The Dasshole obstructionists are digging themselves a big hole. Hopefully they will be unable to extract themselves come the midterms.

If the Repubs can retake control of the senate and hold the house, then the dassholes will become moot.

I love the billboard idea.....How about starting a FR thread to raise money for one?

I'm sure many Freepers would pledge their financial support to the effort.

Thanks for the great report

Kudos to our DC Freepers for another great job.

It becomes more important each day that we must defeat a lot of Rat Senators to make the Traitor Leahy and Shorty Mullah Da$$hole minority senators in charge of checking on janitorial supplies in the senate washroom.

Vote the Rat Bastards out of the Senate in November.

Well, I don't think we can raise money here for things like this. But maybe we can ask around about what we can do.
