Hospital called mother first due to the number that edmunds gave, mother did not know they were talking about but figured it out that it was her son. The police do not know if the mother turned him in.

They have looked in Edmunds car and TRUNK (correction to my other post, if it posted), Elizabeth is NOT in the car.

I heard days ago that the police wanted to take that car apart to see if Elizabeth had been in it. I personally doubt that she has, but at least if this is a blind alley, they can stop pursuing him and get on to other directions, which still looks like family, neighbor or acquaintance.

Yes... I agree, The Smart's are also probably praying for him. The police are down playing Edmunds... They said the media is the one that made a bigger deal out of Edmunds than what they did.

I hope that they are watching Mary Katherine like a hawk! If there is something to a ring (which I tend not to believe) and if Edmunds did see or know something, then MK can probably confirm it. I've been concerned all along that this little one could also be in danger and when I woke up last night, it was MK on my heart.

She did? Is that true? I didn't hear it. I sure hope they follow Hannity's idea and tape Edmund's voice to play for the girl.

Did you see the Greta Van Sustern show last night? I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night, so turned on the TV, and her show was on. She devoted most of the show to the Elizabeth Smart case. On one segment she had on David Hamblin, who is the bishop over the Smarts ward (congregation.) He said something I have never heard. Hamblin says he saw Bret Michael Edmunds at Shriner Hospital on Saturday evening, only he didn't know who it was at the time. (And Greta's interviewing skills stink, big time.) Greta didn't follow up with this info, such as what Saturday evening? After Elizabeth was abducted? Have you told the police this?

Bishop Hamblin did say that Edmunds had some sort of hospital pass around his neck, was standing in the area for volunteers, and seemed to know what he was doing. (Hamblin was at the hospital visiting a sick member of his ward.)

OK, so, these are my conclusions and suppositions ONLY. Elizabeth's grandfather was in the hospital for several weeks before he died. Lois Smart took her children to see their grandfather and visit almost daily...Hmm. Edmunds was pulled over for something on a street in back of the Federal Heights area, which is where he pepper sprayed the policeman and sped off. He has been seen in the neighborhood at least once. I think he has something to do with the abduction, and the police aren't saying that. Again, only my suppositions.

said nothing about them until I watced them on an interview and I had my MUTE on. I Watched their actions....I did not know what was being said, but they had the same mannerisms of "happy go lucky" people" without a care in the world. And that is how they have remained until today when the dad looked Fake...no tears....maybe it was relief.

The dad was asked a question the other day and gave an answer like "my wife is my only love" and it had nothing to do with the qwuestion.

I am always skeptical...I felt Susan Smith was lying....the guy that killed his pregnant wife was guilty...etc. It's called woman's intuition.

You are either a friend of the Smart's or a Mormon and you are taking my opinion as a slap. Don't. I sincerely hope that the family is not involved because so many people have invested faith in them.
