For those of you without good maps of the North Shenandoah Valley, it is a paradise for druggies and others who need lots of state lines, for a 15-mile wide tongue of West Virginia, which includes Martinsburg, and a 2-mile wide neck of Maryland, which includes Hancock, are both stuck in between Winchester, Va., and the Pennsylvania line.

Thus when going north from Winchester to Pa. one crosses parts of two other states within a 30 mile trip.

All of this is just 70 miles or so WNW of Wash DC, with Loudoun County and its Wahhabi Muslim center, in between.

That anyone in Utah was even aware of this area to come to it, is a wonder.
