Early Tuesday morning, 19 Israelis, most of them teen-agers headed to school and workers headed to their offices, got aboard one of the busiest bus lines in the Jerusalem area heading for downtown. They didn't make it to their destinations alive. Shortly before 8 a.m., Mohammed al-Ghoul, a law student from a Nablus-area refugee camp who had just boarded the vehicle, detonated a bomb packed with nails. Along with Ghoul, at least 19 Israelis died and 70 more were wounded in the bombing. "We tell the Zionists to prepare your coffins, dig your graves, because your dead will be in the hundreds," Hamas said in a statement announcing it had carried out the bloodbath. The group also released a videotape explaining the "best" places on an Israeli bus to detonate a bomb in order to achieve the maximum number of casualties.

A recent poll of palistinians revealed that over 50% of them want to take over ALL of Israel. The charter of the PA/PLO says the same thing.

Sharon and Bush know this, too. But to date, Israel hasn't acted like they know it.

I support herding the millions of palis eastward, into Jordan, which is their "state." Let the arab states sort out where else they wind up, if necessary.

Any moral claim the palis may have had, for reverting to pre-1967 borders, has been negated by their terrorism. It has been the palis choice to go to war again, by terrorism.

Israel must defeat them, and set heavily fortified borders where they like, as victors once more. Actions have consequences. No Peace, No Land.

While truth seeker has good ideas there, I also think the only way to take the wind out of the suicide bombers sails is to go after the families of the killers. If you as a suicide bomber kill innocents the the Israeli military ought to take out the entire families of the bombers. Mothers fathers sisters and brothers. Shoot even the bombers dogs. Give the bastards something to think about besides their beliefs that they are going to heaven.

Hello, JohnHuang2-- we need to keep firmly fixed in our minds one very simple concept:

"Israel is the Canary in the Mine..."

... an early warning system for America and Americans.

What you see happen in Israel will one day come to our shores, unless we

1- free Israel to do what she must do for national security,
2- hammer our enemies and their enablers so hard that they whimper in their sleep when they even dream of trying to hurt us, ever again.

Fire and Iron, Hammer and Anvil, until they drop the idea of bringing us harm. There is no other way.
