JUSTICE HELD HOSTAGE: DAY 406

For 406 days, Senator “Do-Nothing” Daschle and Senator “De-Leahy” have held President Bush’s imminently qualified judicial nominees hostage. The Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee have been spoon-fed misinformation from extreme left-wing organizations like the so-called People for the American Way, the NAACP and the National Organization for Women. Senate Democrats have also clearly decided that ‘payback’ is a strategy worthy of the United States Senate. Most Americans do not agree. If you believe that the Senate’s role is to advise and consent, not “delay and obstruct,” then please join us:

Time: 12:00pm to 12:45pm, Thursday, June 20.

Location: Upper Senate Park: on the lawn on the Senate side between Russell and the Capitol.

What: Rally, sign waving, some chants and a speech or two in support of President Bush’s judicial nominees.

Help us tell Senators Daschle and Leahy: “Justice Delayed = Justice Denied.”
