Time to oil up the old thumbscrews and check the tension of the ropes on the rack ...

I am surprised people are objecting to his classification as a war combatant.

He is a US citizen, however, since we have ascertained that he has collaborated with a known enemy of the US, we should either try him for Treason, or assume he has revoked his citizenship and send him to Israel for 'questioning'.

Time to pull out the pliers - Pliers applied to the nether regions, while producing quite a bit in the way of screams and tears, provides much information when applied properly...

Posted this on the duplicate thread:
Might be disinformation. He probably has talked (thanks to the marvel of modern pharmaceuticals), but we need his fellow travelers to keep doing what their doing so we can catch more of them. If they think their other plots are still unknown by us, they're more likely to continue.

Drop him off the Sears tower in Chicago. Give him to a few people whose relatives lost loved ones in the WTC first (like me).

Here's the question I keep kicking around, without a satisfactory answer:
Since they knew it was still in the "planning stages", meaning there was no immediate danger of him actually setting off a device, why didn't they just tail the heck out of him to find out where he goes and who he talks to? Why bring him in at all? Why not keep him under constant surveilance, and wait? He could very well have LED them to the others and to the "source" of the nuclear material.

"I have no idea how difficult that would be but there is nuclear material around in a lot places." Seems to me he OUGHT to know how difficult it would be. Or if not, he shouldn't let on that he doesn't know. This statement doesn't inspire a heap of confidence.

Puerto Rican descent? I would like to know if he is one of the terrorists that the Toon pardoned before he left office.

Did you see the thread last night, comparing the picture of this guy to OK City John Doe #2? The likeness is uncanny.

You most vote not guilty!"

The very last thing the gov't needs to do is tip off the helpers if he was cooperating.

"He clearly had associates and one of the things we want to ask him about is who those associates were and how we can track them down," he added on CBS. Oh well then, by all means, let's not have a trial. He's guilty by association. And he's not cooperating? Further proof that he is guilty.
This prosecution is based solely on this man's speech apparently and it doesn't bother anyone.

I'll bring along my little friend.

"This man actually thought he could get them from places like university labs," he said. "I have no idea how difficult that would be but there is nuclear material around in a lot places." I can tell you with absolute certainty that this material would be easy to steal (and in sufficient quantities). Security at many of these sites is non existent.

Let me work on him with a proctoscope and I'll have Osama's cell # inside of 5 minutes.

I was listening to a radio talk show while working this morning and half of it was taken up with people wondering "where his parents went wrong". Some people are just bad seeds. This guy is one.
