Chief Ramsey always did remind me of Chief Wiggum. LOL!

OK, I think I'm getting this straight.
The fibula is connected to the...tibia.
Then the tibia is connected to the...shinbone?
ok, ok...i'll stop it right now
To: Luis Gonzalez
The shinbone connected to the thighbone, the thighbone connected to the backbone.

Would you p[lease give Chief Wiggums a break here? There's no more room in the evidence locker for all that stuff from the park. That's where they store the surplus donuts!

Vince Foster was dumped down a "steep ravine" and no one was interested in interviewing anyone linked to the caseFoster was "laid out" in Ft. Marcy Park (a homosexual hangout area in DC). He was nicely dressed, not all bloody. He had two gunshots in his head. Different calibers. Neither of which matched the "clean" gun dumped with his body. No bullets were recovered from the site. Probably because he was executed somewhere else before his dead body was put on display to send a message. The killer(s) will never be found by the inept DC police department.

No bullets were recovered from the site - "Not found" by DC police doesn't mean they weren't there. I bet a freeper with a metal detector could find the bullets in three days.

Last summer they had hundreds of police, recruits, and I even think they had Nat'l Guard searching the entire Rock Creek Park, as well as cadaver dogs, searching for any trace of Chandra Levy. But they were all under the direction of DC Police.
After the turtle hunter found the remains of Ms. Levy in May 2002, the police again "thoroughly" searched the area where the remains were found; and news reports said that anywhere from 6 to 16 cadaver dogs were used in this search, as well as human (police) searchers. But again they were under the direction of DC Police.
My guess is that Ms. Levy's body was dumped in the woods of Rock Creek Park from the street above the park - Broadbranch Road, shortly after she was killed. The edge of the road gives way to the park via a very steep dropoff - a perfect place for folks to dump all sorts of unwanted items. Summers in DC are hot and humid. I find it difficult to believe that none of the legion of searchers caught a whiff of the poor girl's body in the woods. But the body was found on a steep hill... so maybe it was too much to expect that searchers would exert themselves by climbing it.
I've never been terribly impressed with MPDC, at least since my adulthood; they have a past history of hiring felons and misdemeanants (?), of having cops who pilfered drug evidence and sold it, of having cops who took recovered money and property, of having cops who have teamed up with tow truck drivers to rob drivers of their vehicles via a towing scam, and worst of all (IMO) of having cops who failed to keep their service weapons out of the reach of their own young children - leading to numerous incidents of these kids killing theselves with their parent's weapons.
Some MPDC housecleaning is in order, top to bottom. The residents of DC should demand it.

DC detective Stevie Wonder, who headed up the initial searches in the park last year, is quoted as saying:
"I can't see how we missed it."
He has since been replaced by Lt. R. Charles, a veteran of many years. Lt. Charles has assured this reporter that he will "leave no stone unturned" in getting to the bottom of this crime.

Winter is the worst time to find anything on the ground. You have to contend with the leaves, snow and mud. The best time to find anything is early spring such as April/May.

According to one state trooper's report (and I don't remember where I read it because it was a while ago, perhaps Newsmax?), Foster's body was found in his car in the driveway of the White House and then moved to the park. Nobody will ever really know the truth about anything that happened there. Arkancide, I would guess.

I find it difficult to believe that none of the legion of searchers caught a whiff of the poor girl's body in the woods. A few years back some local police asked my dive team to look for a .380 auto that was suspected to be in a stream near where a murder victim had been recovered 2 days prior. It was mid-summer and there was still a "grease stain" and piles of maggots where the body had been. The stench was unbelievable.
These DC cops are incompetent! When is the Chief going to stop making excuses and tender his resignation. Every time he appears on camera, he only embarrasses himself further.

It's always the last place you look!Actually there is a perfectly valid reason why this is so. To wit, when you find whatever you are looking for, you don't look in any more places! ;o)

Before jumping to conclusions about Levy, we do not know if it is her bone. However, many of us have known for years about the D.C. police. THEY ARE AS CORRUPT AS D.C. IS. It is a cesspool of corruption. And thanks to Bubba & his mafia it went into warp speed to final destruction. Since our current president does not care about resolving this & making people accountable (ie The Klintoons) it just continues. Will anyone go to jail for Enron or anyone fired over 9-11 or anyone summond over the short sales prior to 9-11? You guessed it. NO. So there is your government & you continue to vote this "Two-Party Cartel" back in.
