Call to Action-Leftists Protesting Dr. Condi Rice Speech at Constitution Hall June 4

Dr. Condoleezza Rice (Dubya's National Security advisor) has been invited to the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Commencement against the wishes of many students, and despite a petition to the administration to disinvite her!

Not to mention the fact that she is one of the driving forces behind the increasing militarization, corporatization, and oppression of the U.S. Government(what planet are these people on?-ed.)

PROTEST!

Outside Constitution Hall the location of the Commencement Address.

June 4th, from 12:30PM till 3 or so.

We will chant, hand out fliers, and generally make it known that we don't want warmongers like Dr. Rice setting an example for tomorrow's leaders!

This action is in solidarity with students inside the ceremony who will make their dissent visible with armbands and maybe other undetermined symbolic actions.

Don't drive-Take the Metro! via Farragut West is approximately a ten minute walk to Constitution Hall. From Farragut West, take the 17th Street exit, walk down 17th Street, cross Pennslyvania Avenue, and pass the Old Executive Office Building. (next to the White House) Constitution Hall will be on the right at 17th and D streets.

These little bastards are proud of the communist swill and general misinformation they spread across the internet, and the NPR infochick sounded like she was about to give a Lewinsky to the IMC Clymer she was interviewing.

You guys might not believe this but one reason why Independent Media Center (IMC) (which came out of the Seattle protests BTW), started was because they felt that outlets like NPR weren't left enough. AFAIK, the IMCs get no tax money- the people in each city who want to do it fund them on their own.

Guys, I'm hoping that for Condi's sake, you'll go out and kick some butts, metaphorically speaking. She's one of the people who pressed for an agressive stance towards Al Qaeda before September 11th, 2001. She's also directly responsible for our strategic alliance with Orthodox Russia.

And there's one other thing. The Lefties have heard the same rumors that we've heard about Condi, that Bush intends to pick her as Dick Cheney's successor. The DU left should be understood as an outrider for the Dems, an advance guard, if you will. This thing was organized very quickly. The Rats might be involved in some of this in a rather deniable way.

She is dangerous to them, and must be stopped. So, gentlemen, have at the Birkenstock Brownshirts. I only wish I could come up from Florida to be with you guys.
