Well, since the question of government prior knowledge of 911 has come out in the respectable (read controlled) media, the Republicrats have found a way to get the fix in, most effectively: All our critics are Democrats. While the Democrats will, no doubt, use this information to their advantage, they will only use that which will help them oust good Republicans, because, the Democrats are up to their necks in this steaming heap, just as much as the Republicans are.

History is rife with examples of leaders who have either allowed, or actually committed, the most horrible atrocities against their own people, to incite a particular reaction, which will lead to a predetermined goal.

After having read this and other similar threads, if I did not know better, I might be led to believe that the President had somehow been elevated to the status of divinity.

There are a lot of names I do not recognize in these threads, so for those who do not know of the perspective from which I speak, I am a Constitutionalist, first and foremost. I see little difference between the policies of the Republicans and the Democrats. That is why I have opted to call them, collectively Republicrats. The only real difference is that Democrats hate guns more than the Republicans, and that under Republican administrations, globalism (ex.: GATT, NAFTA, WTO), advances faster than it does under Democrat administrations.

Blind patriotism has, I believe, clouded the vision of people who would otherwise, look at this situation critically. They would have cried foul over HR 3162, the US Anti-Patriot Act (my title), which became law virtually without any elected representative voting against it (except for Ron Paul), or even reading it. They would have screamed bloody murder when the Vice President threatens Congress with the surity of another, much worse, terrorist attack, if they investigate the government over the 911 attacks. Thousands would have protested the establishment of the American version of the Schutzstaffel, called Homeland Security and the establishment of FEMA's network of citizen spies. Who has protested the incremental, state-by-state, establishment of the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act? All of these things gut the Constitution, yet there is no outcry from the Republican camp. The Administration's education bills are unlawful. The land grabs continue and national sovereiginty is threatened by disappearing borders and the emergence by 2003, (according to a recent report in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution), of the pink and red Pan-American Dollar. Congress gave the President unlawful authority to negoiate international trade deals -- essentially, the same authority they refused to give Clinton (but because the President is a Republican, it's okay if he usurps power not granted his office by the Constitution). The BATF has had it's funding and facilities expanded (to better intimidate the People and confiscate their means of self-defense), foreign troops train on American soil to participate in gun confiscation and NATO patrols the skies above.

I could go on, but it wouldn't matter, because, people believe the government now. Belief is difficult to contend with because it recognizes not facts and evidence, but feelings. It is emotional. They trust the government, even those in black uniforms and ski masks, because now, instead of representing tyranny, they now represent protection and safety in the minds of the people. I won't bother asking what is more important; security or freedom; protection or liberty.

There is a lot of smoke surrounding the events of 911, and it didn't all come from collapsing buildings. In my experience, where there is smoke, there is fire; somewhere. So called conservatives have gone back to sleep and the government is taking advantage of the situation, with the only resistance being successfully being relegated to Democrat partisanship.

I have been afraid for our Republic for many years. Most of the time, I knew the enemy, because they made their stance clear. They wanted my land and my guns. They wanted to recrute my children into their homosexual organizations and lifestyles. They wanted to destroy my faith in God, calling the doctrine hate speech. But now, the enemy has become more difficult to recognize. Instead of bell-bottoms and love beads, now, he wears a suit and tie and applies the suffix "R" after his name. He accuses me of blasphemy for questioning the motives of his Leader, who guts the Constitution with every stroke of the pen. He says he wants to protect me and keep me safe from some ambigious terrorist threat, and he says he's going to be doing this in perpeturity.

I have, in this post, expressed some of my concerns and fears over this situation, and this administration in general, in this post. I know that I cannot change the minds of the readers, but I can ask that those who read this, consider that it is in our vary nature to do the wrong thing. To act selfishly and with less than honorable motives, especially if there is a perception of acheiving financial gain thereby. Remember that our Republic is not about political parties. It is about the Constitution, and we all have a responsibility to question everyone who seeks to infringe upon that solid foundation, even during an emergency. I am sure that each and every tyrant throughout history, has had it's share of devoted followers, who believed that those leaders could do no wrong. Yet history has demonstrated otherwise.

Consequently, I do not believe everything that the government says, even when they go to extremes to sound sincere. The Doctrine of Emergency opens the door for so much abuse, I believe that, to let our guard down now, under these circumstances, will result in the end of our Republic and the establishment of a tyrannical dictatorship, which will be in actuality nothing more than a vassel state, under some globalist oligarchy.

"Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor, for patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind.
And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so.
How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar."

Thanks for this article and the ping. Laz has the World Class way to answer this Bravo Sierra from those who got us into this mess, the lying left wingers in Congress.

Go to this link for Laz's World Class Response to this Bravo Sierra: (link)

Laz's World Class Response:

The Ultimate Response to the "Bush Knew" Smear (RNC please take note)

Okay people, I don't usually write one-line vanities, but I have what I consider the Ultimate Rebuttal to the smear that Bush knew about September 11 in advance.

Osama bin Ladin bragged that not even all the hijackers knew where they were really headed.

If the actual perpetrators didn't know what was going to happen,

HOW WAS GEORGE W. BUSH SUPPOSED TO KNOW?

There you are, kids. In two sentences, this horrible smear by the DNC is destroyed. Take it it, run with it, hit the airwaves, write letters to the editor, go on the radio, get this message out.

Grampa Dave to Laz: Well, done son!
