Another special feature of Free Republic Highlights is My Two Cents. These are a growing collection of analytical articles and essays written by John Huang2 with a real punch on the latest event to hit the news. These articles and essays come out almost daily, so put his column on your 'must do' list. You won't be sorry if you like to keep up with current events. If it's happened and it has been reported in the news, he's written about it.

I do not deserve this award as I was cutting and pasting a missing part of Larry Miller's humor piece in The Weekly Standard on the Palestinians. I corrected several people who were congratulating me on the thread, but somehow this still made its way through the pipeline.

Please remove my name from the list of these fine essayists.

I'm sorry if I screwed up. Are you saying that you did not write the piece? I'm trying to figure out the best way to fix it, if in fact you did not write it. I apologize if it has caused you any distress.

Thank you for the recognition.

Particularly I'm very glad you found a place for BurkeCalhounDabney's excellent exposé (without which I'd never been led write the essay you put at the top).
I'd forgotten about Bonus Bytes.
