Florida police have arrested an ex-convict at a rock festival wearing a stolen bright orange prison uniform.
The 25-year-old from Lakeland allegedly stole the uniform when he was released in January.
Pasco County officers say he should have been at home under a curfew when they arrested him at the Livestock festival.
Sheriff's detective Mark Morrison became suspicions when he saw: 'Polk County Jail' written on the man's shirt and trousers.
The suspect told officers he was in a Halloween costume. He's been arrested for violating his parole.
"He stood out in the crowd," sheriff's spokesman Jon Powers told the St Petersburg Times.
He says he can't understand why the man wore the jail uniform at an event that was swarming with police.
"If you're violating your probation," he said, "the last thing you want to do is draw attention to yourself."
He's being held at Polk County jail. His previous charges include drug possession and driving while banned.
Where are all the pro-drug, Libertarian FR members, posting about how this guy got shafted?

Slaying case sent to grand jury
DEA agent accused of fatally shooting man in Roanoke

ROANOKE - A grand jury will decide whether a federal drug agent from Texas accused of shooting a Roanoke man to death last month outside a bar must stand trial on a charge of murder.
A Roanoke judge sent the charge against Timothy G. Workman, 31, to a grand jury yesterday when Workman waived his right to a preliminary hearing in General District Court. Preliminary hearings are used to determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence to bring before a grand jury.
Workman's attorney, Tony Anderson, said the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent decided to forgo the hearing because he wants the case to go to trial as soon as possible.
"We want a prompt and fast resolution to this matter," Anderson said outside the courtroom. "We want to do everything we can to expedite the process with which this gets to trial."
The Roanoke grand jury is scheduled to meet May 6.
Police allege that Workman fatally shot Keith E. Bailey, 41, three times in the chest at 2 a.m. on Feb. 12 outside O'Charley's restaurant, which has a bar that closes at 2 a.m. Police allege that Workman and Bailey were both drinking in the bar, separately, and began arguing and fighting once outside in the parking lot.
Roanoke prosecutor Donald Caldwell said the argument was over a woman who was an acquaintance of Bailey's but who was with Workman.
According to the DEA, Workman was in Roanoke working on a drug investigation. He was off duty at the time of the shooting.

KEENE, N.H. - Daniel Kingery arrived in court last month wearing a half-kangaroo, half-clown costume to protest what he considers an unconstitutional system of parking.
Kingery, 40, did not impress the judge with his "kangaroo court" antics on Feb. 25 and instead was threatened with contempt. Kingery, a candidate for the town selectman, argues that the state discriminates against non-handicapped drivers by allowing people with disabled license plates to park for free, according to a spokesman for the Keene County district court.
Kingery intentionally parked at five expired meters in Keene over the course of several months. The judge is expected to soon issue a ruling in the case.
This isn't Kingery's first run in with the court system. Last year, Kingery, a former junkyard owner, served a day in another county jail on a contempt charge. Kingery also sued the town of Peterborough for $250 million in 1999 after officials shut down a strip club at his junkyard, which Kingery claimed was a cultural facility.
I don't see Admiralty Flag in #34, but you know it's got to be there.
