I just watched a disgusting segment where a new film is being promoted by some tele station for Woody Allen. The interview was by Katie Couric.
I don't know the name of the station, but this is beyond reproach. He not only raped his daugter--she was an orphan.
We must speak out against this creep. Can someone help with the best way to do this?

Hasn't he now married her and had a baby by her?

Yes, I agree with you. This appears to be a campaign to rehabiliate a sex pervert. Listen to Mia Ferra's (sp?) autobiography to get a real glimps of this pervert.
I won't watch any of his work now.

I do not know other than she was a child, and extraordinaly vulnerable as an orphan. She is supposed to be thankful that he raped and abused her?

Do what I do:
1) Don't watch any movie that has Woody Allen's name in the credits;
2) Don't watch any show that promtes Woody Allen in any manner; and
3) Whenever Woody Allen's name comes up in a positive way during a conversation (i.e. "Have you seen the latest Woody Allen film?), make sure you tell everyone why you despise that perverted, quasi-incestious, child rapist. At that point, someone will probably call you an anti-semite or suggest that you lack the intellectual capacity to understand his work. Hold your ground and don't loose your cool. Simply respond that you used to be a Woody Allen fan until you found out that he was screwing the adopted teen-age daughter of his girlfriend, Mia Farrow, who is also the mother of his own children; that his religious faith and ethnic background have nothing to do with the reasons why you despise the man, but if that makes you an anti-semite, then you're "guilty as charged"; and that you do in fact understand his work, but choose not to contibute to the wealth of this self-absorbed, perverted wacko.
Although none of my suggestions will do anything to make Woody Allen a better person, at least you'll feel better for speaking your mind.

Hey, I wasn't defending his actions. I recently saw a picture of them together with a baby. Has anyone heard anything more?

Woody Allen is a pig, but Soon-Yi was neither his real daughter nor adopted daughter. She was adopted by Mia Farrow and Andre Previn.
However, Woody was the father figure in her life when he started banging her and taking porno photos of her (which he left lying around for Mia to find.)
In addition, Mia made charges that he also molested his real daughter, Dylan, when she was about six years old. A prosecutor declined to press charges in that case, but did release a statement that he merely lacked enough evidence to indict, and that he believed Woody was a sick and dangerous individual.
And every sick bastard in the entertainment industry fawns over him and would give their big toe to be in one of his movies. The only celebrity I've heard that takes Mia Farrow's side of the story and labels Woody for what he is (a sick child molestor) is Howard Stern.

I stopped watching Woody Allen movies after "Manhattan", and wasn't surprised by the scandal.

I have no details on the debauchery of Mr. Allen, but it seems clear he's a bit off. That said, the aforementioned Ms. Farrow is, not coincidentally, a complete whack job. It's best to leave the contemplations of such nutcases in their proper place.

Now this is a trick I'd like to hear more about: An orphan being raped by a parent.

Dylan is a boy.
BTAIM his new movie looks like it is funny unlike The Curse of the Jade Scorpion which was horrible.

My neighbor, Mr. Allen, lives with his family in a lovely townhouse on E. 92nd St., across the street from Carolyn Maloney (D-NY).
They often stroll en famile in the area, and folks simply avert their gaze, and then roll their eyes once the troupe has passed.

KILL YOUR TV!
To: Angelique
I'm sorry. I just don't know how an orphan gets raped by a parent, since an orphan's parents are both dead.

and wasn't surprised by the scandal. I think that's part of the problem. Let's face it Allen's entire career (such as it is) has been based on letting the entire world know that he's a pervert with severe sexual malfunction. Nobody that's seen any of his movies was surprised by the scandal, which in the end really hobbled it's ability to actually have an effect on him. There's something to be said for hiding in plain sight.

Anybody feel like vomiting? Read the following:
Tea Leoni Interview - Premiere Magazine -- May 2002:
Interviewer: Until then, we'll make do with you as Woody Allen's newest leading lady.
Leoni: Which was a f*cking dream, one of the most spectacular experiences of my career! (sighs) If I only ever worked with Woody Allen again, I'd go happy.
Interviewer: Do you have a grand revelation about him?
Leoni: That he is a genius--and I don't mean that with any flattery, necessarily, because having seen it, it must suck to be a genius, it must be painful and difficult and lonely. Because what's the point of conversation? You've already had (someone else's) point of view without their presence
Interviewer: "Oh, that Woody Allen--he keeps getting older and the girls keep getting younger." Comment, please.
Leoni: (laughs) I guess it would be questionable, because he does it with just no aplomb, but let me just tell you that, well...he's one of the sexiest men I've ever worked with. It's his mind. (laughs)
God, I know that sounds, like, classic. But you look into those eyes--and they are very all-encompassing, those eyes--and, well, he's not the epitome of the Adonis presence, but--and I hate sounding like I'm from California when I say this--but he's in touch with his body. He has a very sexy presence. And he's a very soft, gentle kisser. There is such confidence in those lips.
Interviewer: My...So could you imagine actually going to bed with Woody Allen?
Leoni: Yes! I could imagine right now at this table going to bed with Woody Allen--and it's not just because I'm pregnant and a little bit more randy than normal!

Tea Leoni has lost her marbles. (Do Not adjust the volume on your computer, that retching sound is just me.) She'd love being in the sack with Woody?
I wonder what David Duchovny thinks? They are still married, right?

Okay - I saw the previews of this movie this weekend. The movie is about a has-been director who gets a second chance to direct a movie but he goes blind and there are apparently a bunch of blind jokes which I don't think is at all funny. I'll pass on it. Woody Allen is definitely a sickening pig.
