I can't say exactly why this has occurred. But, now that the various forms of the book (Tradepapaerback, Adobe Reader, Miscroft Reader) are out in the channel, almost anyone in the United States or in Europe (particularly the UK) could be picking it up and marketing it. I'm sure not going to argue with it.
I was waiting through yesterday to make sure it wasn't some kind of glitch.
Anyway, if any of you have read it and not given a review, please consider writing one on the Amazon Ebook site linked above, or on FR or Barnes and Nobles. To date there are only five reviews there on the Amazon eBook site.
At any rate, I just thought people who are tracking the progress of the book might be interested.
FRegards to all!

Thanks ... now if the printed version will just continue to rise in the rankings!
Need some of those big publishers to get their appetities wetted. LOL!

ope it keeps up. Volume II is going to be out in about 6 weeks and I need as much a running start for it as possible.
I actually believe Volume II is a better book, though I have gotten some very gracious reviews on Volume I. Learning as I go.

I am just so proud of you Jeff and truly honored to know you and be friends.

Thanks ... I don;t know what it really means in terms of sales or revenue or impact on large publisher's thinking ... but I figure better rankings is always good.
FRegards.

Thanks Snow ... and thank you for all the encouragement and help you and yours render our folks in the service. You guys are the best in that regard and I know it is richly appreicated.
God bless!

I can't say exactly why this has occurred.Maybe people just like the book. Don't act so suprised.

Great news, Jeff! I know how hard it is. It may not help much with publishers, but it improves your chances of getting an agent. Take screenshots and add them to your "press packet."
(and never neglect an opportunity to plug your tome)

I read about your book here on FR and ordered it from Amazon. Got it two days ago but haven't read it yet. I am looking forward to reading something by an author that posts here and will look forward to a discussion when I have read it....
To: Jeff Head
Call me brain dead, but I didn't realize it was out. I know I've seen that cover. Oh well. I'll have to trot right over and pick up a Microsoft Reader copy.
