Today at 10:00am, the California Supreme Court published their opinion in Great Western Shows v. County of Los Angeles, and in Nordyke v. King, two cases that will define the future of gun shows in California.

In short, they ruled that a county can ban gun shows as well as ban possession of firearms on county property, despite the numerous problems that this creates for not only gun show promoters but also law-abiding citizens.

Time for America to do away with ALL laws that violate the 2nd amendment.

Anyone who actually reads AND understands the 2nd Amendment
will see that there is no constitutional authority for any type of gun registration
and *there is no need for anyone to have to apply for a license to carry a gun.
*NOTE Vermont is the only state that understands this!
Any political party, politician, judge (etc), organization or individual who trys to convince you that:
1) you must register a firearm
2) you must pass a background check
3) you must wait (x) amount of days before you can get your firearm
4) you need to have a license to carry a gun
is either uneducated about OUR rights as citizens
OR is actively working to undermine OUR country.

This is great news, for local control-- county elections can become a hotbed for conservatism, and any county looking for some extra cash will welcome gun shows. Gun shows can morph into gun festivals, and attract people from all over.

Although Wiscosin went to Gore in 2000 (due to extreme voter fraud that until this day has not been investigated, i.e.; smokes for votes), you couldn't give me a $1M dollar home to have me live in CA! No way, no how. Just MHO.

Do the liberal politicians out there have any respect or regard for what The Constitution of The Untited States is or how it benefits the American people? It seems like they are always trying to interpret and pass laws altering it into something that The Constitiution was never meant to be or represent.

On what basis? The court appears to be construing California law. What federal question is being presented?

Remember, the 2nd Amendment does not legitimately apply to the states. None of the Bill of Rights legitimately applies to the states.
