I brought an African American speaker, Reginald Jones , to ASU, a man who calls himself the "Nuclear Reaction to Jesse Jackson." His speech topic was "Betrayal: Sold-out by the Civil Rights movement."
The Honors college associate dean Janet Burke refused to post the lecture to honors students because the event did not "cohere with the core mission of the Honors College." That very same day, an ASU sponsored lecture, Mary Francis Barry of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, was posted. Of course, Barry is the right type of Black person, the liberal kind. The kind that say civil rights only apply to black people and should never help whites. This was the same lecture topic as Reginald Jones, just the opposite opinion.
EMAIL THIS DEAN and tell her how OPPRESSION of free ideas is wrong! She is discriminating against us! Email her at jmburke@asu.edu
She also blocked David Horowitz!
We are keeping a running dialogue at The Conservative Underground. I am in the legal complaint system at the school, filing complaints in the office of equal opportunity and affirmative action and with the office of the general counsel.

May I also suggest that you are a shining example of elitist liberal academe.
May I further suggest that since you live in Arizona, you watch your back when not on the cocktail circuit.
The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history, whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by a small elite.
~~ Thomas Jefferson
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law', because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.
~~ Thomas Jefferson
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants, it is the creed of slaves.
~~ William Pitt,
House of Commons, 18 November 1783.
No man should scruple or hesitate a moment to use arms in self defense.
~~ George Washington
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
