I believe Koresh should have died! To be honest, I'm not sure why they didn't get him earlier. However, I do believe that there were some major issues in which the Clinton Administration needs to have answered for even today. I'm not saying that most people on here are Waco lovers, but they are supporters of getting to the truth of government abuse. (Most are)

I'd like to know what Janet Reno knew and what the FBI knew. I'd like to know what was it that made them decide almost 6 months after the first "supposed" occurrence to act. Why didn't they just arrest the man when he was out in town. There have been people who stated he was in town usually once a week. If that was the truth, they could have spared those children the awful death they suffered. May those children REST IN PEACE!

That is the obvious, honest and pertinent question. But, I do believe in the old addage of..."Hindsight being 20/20".

I truly believe that they just SCREWED-UP! Very badly, of course.

The government had no particular dislike for Koresh personally...could very easily have taken him alone including just the previous Friday afternoon, in town very easily.

They were under orders to kill (murder) the entire cult, and indeed five had already been murdered by the helicopters before the land army ever arrived.

No warrant was ever brought or presented. The only warrant even sworn out, was against Koresh only, and claiming he was harboring illegal aliens who had overstayed their visa, or allowing such aliens to handle firearms. LOL. In WACO! For this, they shot the place to hell and killed them all.
