Now that we have only 18 months (since CFR was signed) of free speech, we need to escalate the freeps and DEMAND of Washington DC to return to a Constitutional government.
On Bill of Rights day December 15, 2001 Rick Stanley had a rally and holstered his sidearm. Of course he was then arrested. You probably read about it here on FR.
But he has stood up for our rights. We need to stand up now for all our rights. Details and co-ordination can be found at:

He also issued a challenge to have a Bill of Rights rally in every 50 State Capitols EVERY month. Now we all enjoy reading the reports from the DC/Modesto Freepers and wish we could be there. PLAN A RALLY IN YOUR CITY.
On the 4th month after the Bill of Rights day Austin TX had their 1st Bill of Rights rally on March 23. We had 3 Freepers and about 150 people (some reports say 200). Eleven other States had rallies too and Colorado had 2 cities that had rallies.
The dates for the rallies all across the nation are April 20, May 25, June 22, July 20, August 24, Sept. 21, Oct. 19, Nov. 2 (3 days before election) and Dec. 7th 2002
Make plans to attend or start one in your city. Once Congress gets by with taking the freedom of speech they will take the rest quickly.
Austin’s next rally on April 20th will be at the south steps of the Capitol 1-3 pm. We would like to have 500 people there. San Antonio will also be having a rally on April 20.
The DC Chapter's Rules for Protesting will be in effect on April 20: No violence, no racism, no profanity, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
The Austin Capitol troopers can’t shake hands so there is a secret handshake... hold hand up to body like you are swearing in and move your hand in circles like you are washing the windows. They can’t take a chance that pictures are taken and used in a bad way for them. (They have been wonderful to us at all events.)

There were already 2 rallies planned and it had to be. I hope that you can still come!!!
Yes please come but the rally will be on SUNDAY not on Sat. 1-3pm PLEASE COME.
However--if any of the Hot Chapter Freepers sees this, and can make it, I'm sure they will come to meet you there.
Please don't let this keep you from coming to the rally, though, as we will have lots of time to get acquainted there. Look for the Bat Lady in her BIG red, white and blue hat. The rest of us will be with her. I will be carrying a large Second Amendment Sister banner, and wearing a SAS t-shirt.
