===== Russia In Moscow, although capitalization is stopped in regard to space exploration in the US, the Proton booster rockets undergo assembly in the Khrunichev State Research and Production Center. Moscow remains the only country to send civilians into space, and has a niche in commercial space launches. Uh, small correction(s). Moscow remains the only country to send commercial passengers into space. Many of our own astronauts are civilian.
They do have a commercial niche because they sell their product cheap. Unlike here, Russian aero engineers/workers live like welfare recipients here, in old state housing on the Khrunichev grounds, with meager pay.
The US just invested huge capitalization into EELV.
And the most exciting exploration missions on the boards are still US or US teamed with partners.

homocide bombers, I don't know where this phrase came from, but this is great! I think we should all quit referring to those who strap bombs on their bodies as "HOMOCIDE BOMBERS," not "suicide bombers."
