Go here to see how your representative voted on the heinous H.R. 3991, the ludicrously mistitled "Taxpayer Protection and IRS Accountability Act of 2002".
The only sobering thought in all of this is that Dems voted against the bill for the wrong reason (campaign finance rider), while Republicans voted for the bill for equally wrong reasons (less taxpayer protection and more IRS unaccountability).
The opposite of what the bill's name promised.
