For general discussion. I don't like the idea of giving added publicity to this book but how else can we get the message across?
Did a search .. I hope this hasn't already been posted.

From what I've heard she wants to lower the age of consent to 12.

Are you serious? No disrespect or anything, but really?

From what I've heard she wants to lower the age of consent to 12Well, now. That sounds about right. When I was 12 I certainly was adult enough to make my own decisions, like driving my father's truck into a tree. It's a very responsible age, you know.

I am serious. I'll see if I can locate where I read that.

I'd appreciate that. Thank you.

If I'm not mistaken she said she had a "relationship" with an older man when she was 12-13. And it didn't harm her at all, of course many pedos say the samething.

Who is BUYING this trash? Who actually has enough time to sit and read something like this?
To: Jonathon Spectre
The article mentioned online orders. I'd have a hard time going to a mainstream bookstore and picking this up, as I expect many of us would.

Who is BUYING this trash? Universities and Public libraries, who are the main market for ANY book published by the academic press.

Who is BUYING this trash? Who actually has enough time to sit and read something like this? The pedophiles who are seeking any information that supports their way of thinking. They'll use it as ammo in their arsenal of seduction to convince their victims that they are only doing what is healthy, wholesome and normal.

From what I've heard she wants to lower the age of consent to 12.Stupidity really should be a capital crime.

Dr Laura talked about this book a couple of days ago on her show.Yup, how they've co-opted the civil rights lingo by calling it sexual freedom, implying that children who are denied it are somehow oppressed.
