NBC Today Show Transcript VIA Star Magazine ^ | April 9, 2002 | Matt Lauer and Katie's Colon

Frequent talk show guest Rusty Yates was also in the (Today Show) studio, eagerly awaiting an interview just days after his wife was Andrea was convicted of murder in the drowning deaths of their five children.

Sources say Rusty Yates, a fan of the singer was hoping to get an autograph. But Ozzy had a different idea.

'Ill burn his eyes out with a poker,' roared Osborne. 'He's profiting directly from the demise of his own children and that, to me, is all wrong. I couldn't stand in the same room with the guy. I'd throw up!'

"The dog is sh!tting aliens!"

Ozzy, I noticed, had the logical answer. No need for an animal behavioralist, just get up earlier and take the dog out, he told them.

In Ozzy's defense: he never struck me as a devil worshipper. Black Sabbath: Paranoid". Great album.

This is a real pick-me-up for me, who has been sick as a dog all week long. Great post. I needed that.

How does holding the view I hold mean I have my head in the sand? It's just like I tell my kids....you alone are responsible for your own actions. It's no different for adults who commit cold blooded murder.

The correct quote is as follows:

"Jesus Christ, Sharon, I'm Ozzy f---ing Osbourne, the Prince of f---ing darkness. Evil. Evil. How the f-- do you expect me to be evil with these f--ing bubbles"

Perhaps one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV

Thanks for the ping.

Ozzy LOVES his fans!

'Ill burn his eyes out with a poker,' roared Osborne. 'He's profiting directly from the demise of his own children and that, to me, is all wrong. I couldn't stand in the same room with the guy. I'd throw up!'

Russell Yates is a psycho too. Why would he continue to have children with a psychotic witch like Andrea. He knew her mental problems.

If you knew your spouse was unstable and had discussed killing your children and you did nothing, would your spouse alone be responsible for their deaths when it came to pass?

I think not. You would be complicit because you didn't remove them from harms way.

Did you see when Ozzy fell over in the chair?

I saw it. I was in tears. They showed it again at the end of the show, just as another teaser. Ozzy rocks! (I'm laughing right now, just thinking of it.)

I wish Ozzy was in the cube next to me. He'd be fun to work with. LOL!

Well, the fact that Russell pushed to have his wife taken off medication because he wanted another child (against the expressed concerns of her doctor) is a sign. As is the fact that her first words to him when she called after killing the children were "I finally did it", to which he responded not with "Did what?" but with "Which one?" seems a pretty good sign to me that he has some culpability here.

His guilt does not diminsh her's.
