Oh my God, you guys don't realize what he's doing - he's giving them the Arab equivalent of the bird - with both hands. According to what the few Arabs I have known (Saudi Arabs) showed me, it's not "the bird" if all the fingers are in line. The middle finger has to be somewhat lower (closer to the palm) than the other three.
