Live from Crawford, Texas, it's the George and Tony show.
Will George slap Bill and Yasser around again like he did last night? Will Tony come off as George's toy poodle? Will the press be their usual boorish selves ? Is Helen Thomas there ?
The answer to these and other questions will be answered at Noon eastern time.
gee...last time I looked our taxes went down (love those increased deductions for dependent children)
And if even just a small part of my family's tax money goes to help pay for the fight against terrorism...and for the military raises..I'm all for that...Yeah, I know there's lots of government waste, ineffectual "social" programs and "pork" out there...and it's gonna take a heck of a lot of time and informed citizens/voters to pare that down...but bashing the President, throwing out some unsubstantiated "talking points" and whining about CFR, Amnesty and the Constitution ain't gonna do a thing
HOLY COW!! Do you just lie like that all the time? Don't you care if what you say is an off the wall fabrication? Do you lie to everyone around you, and make up nasty stories about them, or do you only do that with the false 'courage' you get on the Internet? Do you even know any real people, and if you do, do you insult them without cause as well?
I'm done with you, and your absurdity. There is no reasoning with someone who cannot or will not see what others are saying. You have not made one rational comment in all of your posts, because you have no answers....only complaints.
Please do go on in your miserable distorted world. You have my utmost pity.
Waah -- things happen, situations change -- and 9/11 was a very big "thing" -- The President told Congress that if the revised bill came to his desk, he would have to sign it...if you want to complain about CFR, get the list of the 10 (or so) RINO's who jumped ship and give them an earful (one of them was the Senator from my state - Arlen Spector - we have written to him and let him know how disappointed we were... we will not vote for him when he is up for re-election)
Well, you couldn't prove that by the actions of the Senate. And ... I think the numbers are because of the President's character, and not his politics.
Well your taxes don't pay for me to educate MY children (it's legal to homeschool in every state & I wish all parents were able to do this, but I'm a realist). I'll take the good with the bad.. taxes are a part of life and that isn't gonna change any time soon...BTW-- are you even old enough to pay taxes ?? I feel like I am arguing with one of my teenagers here...
The good far outweighs the 'bad'.....even if everything you listed is bad (some are at least debateable), because the good includes moral clarity, military strength, strong pro-American foreign policy, including a fearless stance against terrorism, a brilliant cabinet, a values-oriented domestic policy (i.e. pro-life, pro-family), strongly pro-business, anti environmental wacko policy.........and much more than that.
If you think you are going to find a President who does more for the Conservative cause, IMO, you are mistaken.
My children were all much more rational than this by the time they were 13.
This is much more like talking to a pre-adolescent child (10-12 year range I'd say.)
The machete, war machine is "ON by the Republocrats. Our nation is doomed.
Well, I was thinking of the "15 year-old daughter with PMS and a big pimple breaking thru' who will NOT come downstairs to do the dishes because she's having a crisis" type of teenager
That kind of teenager is at the same level.
Yeah--perhaps I have...well this thread just kinda took on a life of its own, didn't it ?
BTW--I am nice, and I am an American, but I am not whatever you were most likely implying by that enigmatic statement
