The proof is in the pudding. It took CNN to an extra day to hop on the report of Arafat's links to terrorism.

The people (in the US and abroad) who insist Ararat is not responsible for the violence will not be impressed, even if the documents are proven by a zillion experts not to be forged. True believers don't let facts interfere with beliefs. They will continue to look the other way or find excuses to justify suiciden bombings. NOTHING JUSTIFIES BLOWING UP WOMEN AND CHILDREN...and if this is not stopped we WILL see it here. Then let's see how many of those of our fellow citizens that are calling for Israel to show restraint feel we need to show restraint (especially if they have lost a friend or relative in a suicide bombing). RPT: NOTHING justifies blowing innocent civilians up. The forgery charge is merely a smokescreen to continue to back anything that is remotely involved with backing their views.

and more important than the Constitution itself. You had me until this line....you're kidding, right?

I guess you're still convinced that the Pentagon was not actually hit by a plane on 9/11? That - and calling Israel the US's middle-east proxy - seems to be the extent of your 3-day-long membership at FR.

I have always wanted to hear or read a translation of the public words Arafat speaks to his own people. I have heard of the discrepancies between what he tells the foreign press and what he says to his own people, but it would be so great to know exactly what he is saying. If he is responsible for the suicide attacks-if he has been in contact with Osama bin pigpen's group of subhuman creeps-if he has been consorting with hezbollah and other whimpy, cowardly gangs of angry little arabs, then it is time for him to go. Now. Especially now that we know he HANGS his own fellow countrymen if he thinks they disagree with him, or are consorting with Jewish people and then has them EVISCERATED as they hang as a warning to fellow palestinians who may genuinely crave peace. He is wicked. He is evil. He is vile and, even if our President refuses to say so, he is a terrorist. Flat out.

Strap a belt bomb onto Arafat now and light the fuse and kick him out into the the streets of Ramalah with his hands tied I doubt anyone could catch this miserable coward and hold him down long enough to attach a few bombs. He only has the courage to strap bombs on kids and promise them Allah will approve. (My guess-Allah, if he is indeed great-is weeping over the atrocious things being done in his name.)

Remember when the arms ship was captured by Israel with 50 tons of weapons? The Pallies lied and lied and lied to the mass media on it. Said it was not their ship. Then gradually they went to their fall back position which is that with all the weaponry Israel has they are entitled to bring in any weapons they are able to. In complete violation of Oslo of course.
But since when does a signed Oslo accords agreement stop violent 3rd world Muslims?
I guarantee you all the Euro sympathizers feel Pallies have aright to bring in any weapons.

I was watching something on ABC and just left the TV on the channel and Bill Maher came on. He said exactly what you said........He said he says one thing in English and another to his people on a daily basis.
Evidently Bill doesn't care anymore about his show being canceled because he REALLY trashed Arafat last night.....and the girl who came on to defend Arafat. It was UNREAL.

Arafat, linked to terrorism? No way! It's gotta be "over-enthusiastic local agents in the field." Yeah, that's the ticket!

Of course all with a clear thinking head no Arafat's a terrorist. The big news is that the proof is coming to light.
It will be great to see more info as its released. Maybe now, those who believe he is for peace will get the picture he isn't.
nice photo. 'Tis quite telling also.
