Yes. In the past we have had the chapters that are in the area where the winners live, present them with a plaque.
I don't think anyone will be able to get close to Rummy, but the LA chapter will be giving David Horowtiz his award and the Florida chapter will give Rush his award. The other winners will be sent their awards in the mail. The Fresno/Central Valley chapter can also present JohnRob with his award, if they would like.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE WINNERS! Chapter of the Year, Freeper of the Year, Best New Chapter and Lifetime Achievement Awards were tough calls! I didn't like having to choose!
