Well, the article headline seems at least that obvious to me. But I guess the sheeple will even find a reason to ignore this and continue to feel that the poor, homeless Palis are just trying to find a way to be heard.
Shalom.
I'll be happy to start.
1.Legislation eroding the bill of rights. (Patriot Act)
2.Legislation increasing the federal hold on various powers normally delegated to the states. (Homeland Defense)
3.Incumbant control of elections. (CFR)
4. Increased ability to track the daily activites of individual citizens. (Cameras, smart card IDs, assorted biometric IDs and assorted tracking devices using GPS--all deemed necessary by a frightened public to track terrorists)
5.Decreases in soveriegnty brought about by insisting on working within the framework of the UN and trying to mold Canada/US/Mexico into one seemless entity.
6.Spreading our own armed forces so thin that we'll have to rely on UN troops one of these days to help with the terrorists at home (Obviously that hasn't happened yet, but we're on the way.)
7.Insuring a supply of oil by placating the muslim oil kingdoms with whatever they want--and maybe picking up some lucrative contracts for American companies and the Carlyle group along the way. (Securing oil for the country is certainly a valuable national security effort--but not when it comes to allowing the Islamics to work toward annihilation of Israel and conquest of the US.)
8. To put it in a nutshell, there's a very good chance he's using all this to advance his daddy's dream of a NWO dominated by a one-world government.
Am I absolutely 100% convinced that this is his goal? No. There's still a tiny part of me that doesn't want to give up hope. But all of the evidence he keeps piling on can't be ignored.
The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. And good intentions almost always go bad once in the hands of government. Bush is no superman. He is subject to the same pitfalls and weaknesses as anyone else.
I, for one, am very glad that George W. Bush is our President during this very difficult time. But I would not hand any man a blank check as President of the United States, except Jesus Himself. We owe it to ourselves always to watch him like a hawk. We owe it to him also, so we can help him to keep his legacy clean.
Shalom.
Oh, but Powell says Arafat is not considered a terrrorist.
Aha! So there will be a war crimes tribunal brought against him -- in the future, that is
Israeli intelligence has always known that Arafat was directly linked to these acts of terror. Are we to believe that the Israelis were hesitant to share their knowlege with our government?
Our government has always known the truth about Arafat. Did it continue its posture toward him because there was no proof placed on the public record?
I am sure that the Israelis have more proof than these documents but that proof if made public would compromise their intelligence methods and sources.
Arafat is winning, not us. He is not in the box,but put us in the box as long as we are willing to put the power and prestige of our government on the line by refusing to name him a terrorist even though privately and now publicly the evidence is absolutely clear that Arafat may be the most dangerous man on earth.
I heard an analyst say on Fox New Channel this morning and I quote, "Diplomacy is the art of saying 'Nice doggie' while you are reaching for a big stick."
I would not like to be in Powell's shoes right now!
More importantly, why have we not heard direcly from Israel?
One would think they would be grandstanding this like no tomorrow.
Many of these Bushwhacking morons still support Pat or one of the other insignificant professional Losers who come forth every four years to disrupt the GOP claiming to be conservative.
Debka or not I think we all know it's true.
IDF Uncovers Document Linking Arafat Directly to Palestinian Suicide Campaign
I hope the Eurojerks and terrorism apologists have this rubbed in their noses until they bleed.
