tpaine, there are those who believe in the validity of onerous drug laws, support stupid prostitution criminality, will grab any selfish tariff available, will outlaw abortion and while they are at it immigration too... they do not trust anyone. You know ... they just want to be left alone. They know their 1st, 3rd and 4th Amendment rights intimately ... but that Senate "check" is Lott's fault. The Congress is illegitimate, the Judiciary is illigitimate, they won't work against decriminilization of vice, because they don't work for ANYTHING! But they will speak out!!! At least here. To find another FReeper's posts, do the following:

Click on "Search" and in bold maroon letters up top it says:

Find User Click Here

You will then need to manually enter that FReeper's screen name. If they have a tricky one, I'd recommend copying (ctrl+c) and then pasting it (ctrl+v).

Devote the energy you would have spent bitching to learning. It's much more positive and uplifting.

I can't believe I agree with 'sinkspur' on something, but I do on this particular issue. We're conservatives, for crying out loud. We should rise to the challenge; we should never quench our desire to learn and make improvements in our lives until the day we are on our deathbed. This is what makes us different from socialists, who want to repeat the same ideologies and philosophies in this country that have failed every other time they have been attempted in the past. Onward and upward. Some of us have some reasonable issues that need to be discussed regarding these changes...let the Robinsons get a little sleep, and I am sure they will be along to address those issues, and perhaps make some of the changes that have been suggested by individual posters.

I agree this set up is junk I end up waasting too much time and miss half of the new posts. If I want to read the articles that were posted since I last visited I have to keep clicking more and more and more. Replies go by so fast that I can never tell what I have aready viewed or what I may have missed.
