Tired of getting your shorts caught in the spin cycle?
AnnaZ is ready to haul 'em out!
(with the encouragement of Mercuria,
ever-faithful Second Banana.)
Unspun with AnnaZ is currently aired once a month on
THE OTHER RADIO NETWORK (courtesy of Radio Free Republic!).
The search for truth above the din of politically-correct media Newspeak
and political doubletalk is the goal.
Tune in if you are ready to witness the unspinning
of common urban legends such as:
"We're from the government, and we're here to help."
"It takes a village."
"Gun control saves lives."
"Diversity is our strength."
"We're a democracy."
"No man is an island."
"More money will fix the publik skoolz."
"It's not socialism, it's progressive thinking."
"The Constitution is a living document."

I don't know how to get audio because this network has no capability to use internet audio other than a specific OS called "Winders." I use RealAudio.

I listened. giggle.. I have heard every single one of your wonderful shows. I am so empressed and so proud of you both.Freepers are so special.
A month ago, I sent the url of FR Radio in emails to several of the bases that lurk at the Freeper USO Canteen so they will be sure to know about listening. They have sent back emails they love it. One serviceman listens with ear phones in the computer while he is at his desk.He is a Marine.
You are doing fabulous. And I also love lowbridges graphics so much.
To: Buckeroo
Well, the happy news is that all the archives use "winders" and that "reel" stuff.
(Nice to "see" ya!)

Sorry I missed the show.
I was at choir practice. Yeah, that's it.

Now I'm hurt.
<:-(
(And thank you so much for bringing up such a painful topic. While you're at it, why don't you give me a paper cut and pour lemon juice on it. We're closed!)

Yes, I hear it. I'm wired for all formats.
(Or... just wired. They bring wine to these shows, y'know.)

I can't sing. I'm not a strong singer.
To: Buckeroo
I'm still so darned fascinated by the whole personal computer thingy, I've had no chance to get choosy.
(Well, except for that bluescreenofdeath stuff. That always irks me.)

Totally off-topic... (yet speaking of singing...)
I downloaded (anti-capitalisticly) a mess of Simple Minds songs last night. "Love Song" was released 21 years ago. 21. If I had nothing to live for I'd shoot myself.
O/T yet again... WHEN are you coming for a visit?! I'm no longer kidding...

Simple Minds: Best song is, "On The Catwalk," hands down.
I'll be out there this summer so wake the neighbors and phone the kids.

That was one of them. Also "Someone, Somewhere in Summertime", "Waterfront", "Colours Fly and Catherine Wheel", "Oh, Jungleland", "Sanctify Yourself"... need I go on?

Promises, promises. However, if true, I promise you the vacation of a lifetime. Ask the threads initial host, one Mr. lowbridge.
* Don't tease me!! You'd better show up!!

Thanks for the ping! After making special arrangements with 'upper management' to listen to the show, I was 'bumped' by the teenage female offspring so she could do homework. I only got to listen to about 20 minutes...:( Her 4.0 gpa trumps my 'continuing education' in this household, I'm afraid)
To all involved with the show: It's top rate -- Thank You, Thank You, Thank you !
(To those who monitor these threads: I'm sorry! I'm sorry!! I'll never do it again!)
To: AnnaZ
giggle, what a cute bunny having his carrot. Thank you Anna! Happy Easter my friend.
