But I know who to sign in as to facilitate a faster reaction.

Did you really think I got this far in the Final Four on wits?

Hey long neck, check her homepage before you make that assumption.

I'm glad she's here on FR, and hope she'll vote conservative. I mean its not like us Freepers agree on every little thing!

that was not her entire speech... she went on about the 74 years, Oprah Winfrey, her lawyers, Warren Beatty, Spike Lee... blah, blah, blah... on and on and on... it was painful... gross... i couldn't figure out if she was thanking her lawyers for working out her contracts or for that hit and run accident from two years ago... when she got to Warren Beatty, i walked out of the room... so there was actually more... i just left...

you'd be amazed at the number of people that will succumb to white guilt and let her go unchallenged. I don't believe in subtle niceities when it comes to polically correct HS. Catch you later CCreek

Me too, I love to tear apart a liberal belief. Note her parents are black nationalists, and she maintains some of these core positions. If you want to give her the benefit of the doubt, fine - but I like to actually see labels fit beliefs.

I'm sure you're right about that - it doesn't fit the agenda on the left to allow Bush to be a champion of the cause. However, history will record these events as facts - so maybe, just maybe, that'll help.

Well, if no one else has recognized the significance of two black actors winning best actor and actress, I'll say it. It is about time. Hollywood, the liberal bastion, has been the center of racism but no one has called them on it.

The Hollywood RATS who criticize the right wing need to look in the mirror. Why did it take them so long? Let's see, who is it that judges people by merit, not by race? Is it the left or the right? What hypocrite pukes.

That's right, before tonight there were as many or more blacks in the President's inner circle on national security than there have been black winners of Best Actor or Actress in the history of the Oscars!

I just saw Sharon Stone's husband Phil on the KABC show with Roger Ebert in L.A. Was he wearing alligator shoes? Or were they Komodo dragon?
