Am I the only one who laughed out load when Ryan O'Neil stated in his introduction to Director Arthur Hiller's receipt of the Humanitarian Award that one of the reasons for the award to Hiller was that Hiller cast a wheelchair-bound actor as a security guard in a part that did not specify such a characteristic?
It is a tribute to the leftist brainwash in Hollywood that nobody laughed out loud at the Oscar ceremony when this was stated by O'Neil.

Try as I might, I cannot understand the psychology of someone who walks over and interrupts a conversation that other people are having just to say "What you are doing means nothing to me."
Do you understand how stupid and contradictory that act is?

Enya...
To: Texaggie79
Maybe he is an Aggie from some other state... like Alabama
To: rintense
Am I the only woman on this earth that DOESN'T like Sting? You gotta have your standards . . . .
To: doug from upland
Okay, that song and presentation should be enough to make anyone who hasn't yet seen Lord of the Rings RUN to the theater right now!

Why not tell endeavor to cool it, she brought hell down on me for having fun with HLL.
To: TexasNative2000
Well good. Apparantly there are some lady freepers who feel the same. :)
To: Servant of the Nine
All right. The Ashcroft joke was somewhat funny. I'm waiting for a Daschle sitting on the phone books joke, a Woody Allen pedophile joke, or a Hollywood anti-American joke. I don't think I'll hear those.
To: rintense
gawd, NO!! rintense, i cannot stand that sting. his voice grates on my nerves big time!

With all the awards LOTR is getting tonight, I guess he feels it is okay to be a troll on this thread.

Lisa Blount was one of the winners for the short film award. She wore a black dress and a bosom.
To: jhofmann
I think he's talented, but he sounds like a constipated Joe Cocker.
