Hey Johnny-Boy -- Good luck in finding a witness.

Under any other scenario the observer would be screaming that this little Talliwhaker is a "right wing extremist" cut from the same mold as Tim Mcviegh. They can turn their "outrage" on its head on a moments notice.

the only way to escape the torture was to do whatever the agent wanted'.That happened to me, however it was during basic at Fort Jackson back in 1965 and the agents were called drill sergeants.:^)

He's a danged liar.

Oh please! I think this guy and his lawyer are seriouly out of step with the American people. If he were missing his fingers and toes we might believe him but we've all seen the pictures of what the Taliban did to people they captured and Jihad Johnnie must have seen that too.

I know. I was being sarcastic, btw.

He should have died in battle while we had the chance to "die" him. Ditto with all those animals at Gitmo.

This reminds me of Monty Python.
American Taliban Lawyer:
"Your Honor, they turned him into a Newt!"
Judge looking around and responding:
"Really?"
American Taliban Lawyer:
"It got better."
Why did they not leave the SOB with the Northern Alliance?
To: Pokey78
"I was tortured by US troops, says Taliban American"Well they didn't do a very good job Johnnie. You are lucky it was them and not me.

Fort Jackson Well you know what they used to day to Moms, "If your son goes to Nam write to him. If he goes to Fort Jackson pray for him."
I went in the army with 4 buddies. They all went to Fort Jackson for AIT and BUT while I got sent to Fort Dix. At Dix you got to live in Pink Palaces with the New York elite. Of course the New York elite were slumming in Jersey at the time. It is amazing what clean living can do for you. Actually all I did was introduce a company clerk at Knox to a friend of mine... a Mr Daniels, named Jack. He got me a ticket to New Jersey.
They told me there were mosqitoes at Fort Jackson that could pull a duce and a half out of a swamp with out injuring its stinger. But I never believed it.

If he was afraid of US troops just wait till he's back on the streets and John Q. Citizen gets a piece of his hide...........
Stay Safe !

Gee--I guess the "He really WANTED to surrender but he was afraid the Taliban would kill him so he couldn't" trial balloon didn't go over so well...I think we've heard 5 or 6 different stories about "poor Johnny" already:
- He was delirious because he was injured, sick and on drugs
- Johnny LOVES America
- He's only a "boy", complete with photos of "cute little Johnny"
- He didn't know anything about Sept. 11th, and didn't know he was fighting American troops
- (the above-mentioned) -- afraid of the Taliban story
This latest one is a real kicker -- the bleeding hearts will LOVE it !!
Cheese and Crackers !! (my way of cussing)

Well gee, if his lawyers say he said it happened then it must have happened. They wouldn't lie about a thing like that, would they?
Let's see, the main evidence they have against him is his confession. If his lawyers can keep his confession out, he will probably walk. If his confession comes in, he fries.
Is anyone surprised that his lawyers are claiming that his confession was involuntary? I would be amazed if they didn't.

Why does everybody insist on calling "Johnny" That was his name in his other life, his current name is abudalaha something or other. Since he is a convert much as H Rap Browm or cassius clay or lew alcinder, I think we should honor his wishes.
