By "sufficiently commercial" I meant not "profit-making" but just "with it" in the commercial world. I know of very few entities in the real world which are not equipped to accept plastic. My colleagues at the American Civil Rights Union are, unfortunately, on that short list. However, a contribution from overseas, even in the form of a check written in francs, for instance, can be handled by an American bank. A draft in dollars is preferred, but the other can be accepted.
