This was mentioned in a WSJ front page article last week on the latent support for Al-Queeda in Clinton's Bosnia.
Please note the "Fatwa Council" at the top of thepage.
If any of our fellow Freepers can translate some of this, it would help our understanding of just exactly who these extremists are and what they are up to

There is a website that is free (but requires registration) to read translated websites. It can handle arabic sites.
I don't recall the link. I used it to try to read some of the "Bin Laden lives" letters; it didn't work too well because the page I was referencing used frames.

Here's one of my favorite translators. I couldn't find a Bosnian translator, but I used this in Serbian and Croatian and was able to read at least half of the web page. It's easy to use, just type the url in the box and select the language.
To: Andy from Beaverton
You couldn't find Bosnian because there is no such language. :-) "Bosnian" is basically Serbian, written in Croatian Latin [script], and spiced up with some Turkish words and phrases.

Thanks.

That's like saying there is no Macedonian language even though it is basically Bulgarian. Do you know how long they have been fighting over language?

I had a look and most of it has a purly religious content, although a couple of articles were about the Algerian men that had been recently arrested in Sarajevo and there is a regular column by Jusuf el-Qaradawi (who is he? the name sounds Arabic), with a very anti-American slant.

Hey, here is some news from the site:
"Èestitka "Muslimanskog Bratstva" Aliji Izetbegoviæu povodom proglaenja za "Islamsku liènost godine" "
"Muslim Brotherhood congratulates Alija Izetbegovic on being elected a Muslim Person of the Year".
Alija Izetbegovic is Muslim Person of the Year!
