Now for the sentencing. Wasn't half the jury or more women?

I had heard that the only way they could get Russell Yates was to convict her first. How soon can they get that whack-job behind bars, too?

God bless those Texans. They did what was right, not what Katie Couric told them was right.

8 were women. That at least guaranteed she wouldn't walk.

Unfortunately, it will be injection - which is too eay. I say get Ol' Sparky warmed up.

Good old Texas justice. Only the media seems to be suprised.

EXCELLENT.
Now for Step 2....which will hopefully result in an order for Yates to stop breathing our air.

In a related story, the NOW gang is quickly organizing a "Freedom March" on Andrea's behalf to protest the patriarchal court system that unfairly persecutes oppressed stay-at-home mothers.....

In Texas, during the sentencing phase, in order to get the death penalty they have to find that she's a future threat to society. Since these deaths were not random I dont think the jury is going to impose it. Life in prison.

I am with you... I had 4 children in 9 years, and if I had a husband like Russell Yates, I might be in her shoes too... but I do think I would have shot myself first. Fortunately, I married a good man.
I hope he gets the full force of the law thrown at him...
just my humble opinion.

Sentence......
Seeing how long she can tread water in the Gulf wearing a lead vest.
Don't Mess With Texas!
